So here we are for the final stage of the Tour de San Luis. It's been a rivoting race, and this commentator certainly has been suprised by the outcome. The victories of the previous 6 stages have been shared between just 3 teams, with Katusha taking half of them as J. Rodriguez well and truly set his stamp on the mountain finishes. Porsev can also be extremely pleased with his 1st stage victory, outmanoeuvering the great Sagan. Yet Peter today has a final chance of revenge, as this stage set to be a bunch sprint. Can Porsev do it again? Will the van Poppel duo be able to see off the Slovakian? Or maybe even the British team Sky duo. Let's find out!
143km: We're already half way up towards the Mountain Sprint of the day before anyone dares to break. And it's O. Zaugg Saxobank who starts us off. Having been an outsider for a couple of the previous stages, 30th could be said to be disappointing for the Swiss, yet he's trying to resurrect his tour here today. He gets joined by C.Feng ) Champion Systems and M. de Maar United Health Care. Champion Systems can be very pleased with their couple of surprising days in Yellow, where they acquitted themselves very well. Feng is out here today for one last stab of glory. Meanwhile de Maar is a veteran of breakaways, even in this race, so he's a good man to have with you at the front.
142km: Within 1.5km, the break has already got a gap of 1'00'' as Zaugg easily outpaces the others to 1st place, with de Maar 2nd and Feng 3rd.
133km: Yet after a further 10km, the gap has only extended by 45'' as they roll through the 1st Intermediate Sprint with Zaugg again taking the plaudits with as before de Maar in 2nd and Feng once again in the rear.
Meanwhile we have a few more attackers from the pack: G. Lequatre of Bretagne, I. Boev Rusvelo and J.M. Garate Belkin. Bretagne can be extremely pleased with their stage victory already in this race, but the Frenchman doesn't seem content to sit on his laurels. Rusvelo have had a fairly inoquious tour, as you'd expect, and while Belkin favourite Gesink let the side down a bit, they haven't had a bad race. All are out for glory today and add some bulk to our break of the day.
93km: The gap back to the pack is 5'30'' as the pack starts to work together. And interestingly there is quite a bit of co-operation with Liquigas, Astana, Vacansoleil and even the Mountain Jersey wearer Dombrowski of Sky all taking turns on the front. It looks like they have this under control.
85km: As the break rolls through the 2nd Intermediate Sprint, with the Russian taking the maximum points ahead of Garate and Lequatre, the gap has already lost 45'' the pace is high so this should be one hot finish!
20km: Very little happens over the next 65km yet as the break rolls under the 20 to go banner, they still hold a gap of 1'45''. There still is no domination in the bunch, yet the hammer isn't down just yet.
13km: still 1'00'' this is going to be close! Liquigas have finally taken over with all their men on the front! Not entirely sure why MTN are helping out.
10km: Under the 10 to go, and the cars have been pulled out. Surely this must spell the end for the break. But the gap is still 52''.
5km: All the riders in the break sit up but one. Lequatre is off! The Frenchman's never say die attitude allows him to still hold 43'' over the chasers!
1km: The pack slows momentarily as they catch the others, allowing Lequatre's lead to extend back up to a minute! He's definitely got this. Surely now it's just a race for 2nd place.
0km: And that finishes off a magnificent race for the French team. Great guts from Lequatre here to take the win! Peter Sagan can only look on in despair at the Frenchman raises his arms in celebration. The Slovak easily takes 2nd place, and as a consoluation prize the points jersey, though he'll rue his missed chances in this race. Swift rounds off the top 3 while compatriot and leader Wiggins misses out on the same spot in the GC.
Stage Results:
Apologies I forgot to export. Everyone finished in the peleton, but sadly I can only give the top 15 places

Omega Pharma - Quick Step remains untouchable, even after their misfortunes in Wevelgem. After that, it's still Belkin, Sky, RadioShack and Movistar fighting it out, though the latter managed to get 0 points in all the WT classics of this season part. After those, the big gap remains, though Cannondale aka Team Sagan is trying to close it. BMC, Argos and Lotto are really close. Europcar, taking maximal advantage of their young riders, is the first Continental Tour team.
At the bottom, NetApp's new manager inspired the team to climb the rankings. AG2R, Lampre and Vacansoleil will lose their WT status unless they improve in the next season parts.

And about the NC goals, please don't allow them, otherwise you can see this happening at Orica:
Easy Goal: Top 3 Aussie NC
Oh really?
But imagine the Countered Goals if they did that? Top5 Le Tour of something like that to balance it out.
Please allow them because NC's are very important to a number of teams, and you can always balance out too easy goals with your countered ones.
Saying that because my Part 2 is based off a focus on the NC's because it's realistic to the team and that is how i'm playing it.
Also related, what do you mean you don't know how to run them? Is it a decision between 3D or sim, or just a more basic not a clue how to organise it?
Nice to see Saxo climbing towards the top 10 in the rankings after a dreadful start to the season. Bodes well for the latter two thirds of the season where we're likely to score many more points
I'm thinking of making mine
Medium: Win Aussie NC. Because although I have a strong team there are people like Porte, Evans and Rogers who are better than Gerrans.
Nah, NC's won't be part of goals, for several reasons.
The current plan is to simul most TT's and the small road races. From my experience, AI doesn't work properly if you don't get a decent amount of riders.
