Omg, wow, Contador so destroyed, wow, Froome so dominant, wow, Contador will strugle to stay in time limit tomorrow.
Really liked the Purito attack - if anything was shocking today, it was Rod attacking with more than 1km to go.

Sammy Sanchez has a 17 second gap to Dan Martin in the General Classification to protect in tomorrow's epilogue (ITT) to secure sixth overall.

Objectively, did you care that much if Dan Martin wasn't doing well?
Fantastic stage. What a rider. I have only respect left for Contador, Froome, Rodriguez and Valverde today. :I
Yes, and I am sick of your bullshitting. You see images of stalemates for 5 km when there is actual action behind.
Edit: Yeah I wanted to know about Martin, but it wouldn't be that bad if I could at least see what happened to him and everyone else.

they can only show one thing at one time and the since the general public doesn't care about anything below first place (we aren't general public) showing riders riding for 6th place in the GC at best isn't the right way to advertise cycling.

They don't even show them finishing though. Seeing the winner scratch his ass is more exciting to them.

Did I write that Contador should have taken over? Or that it is illogical that he rides this way?
No I didn't.
It's perfectly logical and he has every right to ride the way he does. It still doesn't mean I have to find that great and awesome and fantastic. I find that way of winning, staying in the wheel the entire time and then finally countering them close to the finish, when there is not muc hrisk anymore, boring, ugly, and I don't prefer it. Same way why I don't like Purito and Valverde much because 90% of their wins are in the same fashion. Some people love it, I despise it.
I understand riding like that when you are a leader, but that still doesn't mean I have to like it because it tactically makes sense.
In what way that deserves the title of being a troll, I have no idea. But that's Riis123 logic. He likes to insult people as soon as possible when he doesn't agree with their opinions
Your disrespectfulness of Contador's win today and your extreme stands just come across trolly after such a clinic by the worlds best stage racer. In my opinion, thats just blasphemous. |

As a leader he gets privilege to follow Froome. Why should he give any help |

No, you didn't write anything but Contador was a "wheelsucker"
But what did you expect Contador to do? i think yesterday clearly showed that Froome and Contador was closely matched and it was down to who spent most strength on the day who was best in the end.
So did you really expect Contador who is the race leader to say "f it" im not going to wheelsuck because someone might dislike that, im going to attack and quite possibly lose time and the vuelta. No?
Froome did the only thing he could do and that was attack, unfortunately that would leave contador in a better position, but i take my hat of to Froome, he rode to win and tomorrow he will hopefully ride his best and show just how close it would have gotten. But it looks like we wont see much difference tomorrow. |

Contador in English should be A. Accountant btw
Well, at least Alberto Counter Attack would be cool, but Accountant sounds awfully boring - thank god he became a cycling superstar.
What a stage, this climb from this side is a seismic insanity, freaking 18% at the bottom. Also loved the slope changes and landscape.
Contador #1!
I'm with BBL, spanish television could spare another moto bike and show images from guys like Martin, Sanchez and others regularly. It's getting dull only seeing Top 4/5 at best.

Also, you seem to be forgetting that drafting on 8,7% almost doesn't mean anything at all. Most of all its just psychologically |

To be fair, Luigi, I dont think they do it to thisextent in the Tour. We discussed that topic before and I also think they at least just could show images of them crossing the line. |

Also, great Vuelta by Sicard. 13th in the GC. Look's like he's gaining some good form after those wasted years at Euskadi. |
