I just had a great idea thanks to Conta and Armstrong. Every rider should have persons they dislike the most in their team. So it would be that if a person would have to ride the same race as the person he dislikes then he would perform worse because their relations are not the best. The obvious example would be Armstrong-Contador but obviously it doesnt have to be both sided dislike.
Only thing is that i cant come up with an idea how the person one dislikes should be chosen and how it can change.

The teams might not license themselves for the game if cyanide did that
