Ian Butler - To be honest, Kristoff was even faster then Sagan, but it was just stunning how good lead-out Viviani was. This is great result aswell.
VoetsT - Haha, indeed. Especially when there are few smaller hills in last few kilometers.
sutty68 - Indeed, if he only had good leadout there... And yes, i solved them, i already wrote that in report: https://prntscr.co...

Good to see you have fixed the issues.
Kristoff's form is looking good, coming in 2nd after Sagan is no shame. Hopefully he can beat him in one of the up-coming stages. Haller was once more being Haller, meaning amazing.

I'm not sure I've commented on this story yet, but I think this is your best story yet Admir! I've been following along without commenting (or rarely) but I've always been reading ;_ Katusha is an interesting team to me, and I can tell you are enjoying it! Keep it up.

All - As you probably noticed from Online League thread, i am finally back from my tripy. Of course, it means that story will continue. My holiday ends today (tonight) and i am back to school from tommorow, so be ready for a bit more steady tempo of reports, but i think it will be good.
Shonak - Yeah, Kristoff is in amazing form right before Spring Classics, which means alot of hope for us. And Haller is really great this season. Considering that he's really young (21 or 22 iirc) he's going to be a beast in future. So, Austria will finally get great cyclist, at least in a story.
baia - Thanks! And it really is a great team. As i already said somewhere , it's my 3rd Katusha career (one in PCM10 and another one in PCM12) , so i am really connected to that team somehow and i just enjoy them. They're really great team.
And sorry , but what you meant with "this makes me think something"? I just want to know.
valverde321 - Woop, nice that you're finally back. Thanks so much, btw! It's always nice to know that someone's following, even without comments. As i previously wrote to baia , i am really enjoying it at the moment and i also thinks that this is my best story so far. I have motivation, free time as well , that means - sky is the limit! I mean real sky , not Team Sky.

Shit! This screenshot problem is really pissing me off. Tried to play 3rd stage of PN for 10 times and every single one finished with a crash or ALT+F4 at the end. I don't know what to do, so i'll post my problem once again:
Whenever i try to take in-game screenshot FRAPS fps bar disappears and i just can't take it. I tried with PCM's screenshot takes and nothing happens, tried with Steam, Shotty , ScreenShotCapture and not a single one works. Reinstalled PCM , downloaded and installed Expansion Pack once again and still nothing. Also, whenever i try to go outside of the game (ALT+TAB) to check out what problem is , PCM crashes. Absolutely every time.
It seems like i'll have to put this story on-hold for some time, until i find final solution. Also , it still record every kind of video (Camtasia, Fraps , PCM recorder...). It's so random and it really seems like weird problem.
So , if anyone has solution please post it here or send me it by PM. Thanks so much.

People are not gonna suddenly stop reading your story if you turn down graphics to all 0 just for one stage or tour. Or simulate it and move on.
baseballlover312, 06-03-14 : "Nuke Moscow...Don't worry Russia, we've got plenty of love to go around your cities"

Big thanks to jdog for making this AMAZING userbar!

I tried it aswell, of course, but it's not connected to graphic part at all. I will try it again now, but i really doubt about it. It's so random that i can't say what's problem actually, screenshot programs just disappears from start to an end of the stage and PCM crashes alot when i run them while playing a stage. Will try to solve it somehow, but as i said it seems so random...

Thanks sutty68. So, i somehow managed to play a stage without any problems and to make a full report of it. I disabled few things in options window so it might be that, but on another side it may be something totally different. It will be great if it continues like this. I hopes so!
Paris - Nice - Stage 4
Stage 4 - a stage made for Sagan, definitely. Alot of hills and flat finish is just perfect terrain for young Slovakian, but we'll at least try to attack on last hill. If Rodriguez/Spilak duo fails we always have Kristoff who's going to try to keep rhytm of favourites and beat them at his field, mass sprint.
Our plan for today is to send a rider in breakaway, just to save ourselfs from "breakaway-wins" case. And everything gone as planned, since Ignatiev and Pineau made a breakaway group. As they're pretty bad in GC, peloton lets them go.
Nothing happened before 2nd hill , where few outsiders from peloton placed an attack. E2 now contains: Leukemans , Albasini , Roux and Amador. They're pretty strong, bot not enough to make Cannondale or Katusha start chasing them.
After few kilometers , E1 and E2 finally merged. Since it was clearly visible that they can't agree about relaying , Riblon and Pineau placed one more attack. They're really strong, since they're constantly gaining time.
Meanwhile, we managed to reduce the gap and to have control over the race. Guys arrived to last hill and we had nothing to wait for. Rodriguez made an attack just as hill started. Of course, Sagan can't let him go just like that, so he's trying to follow. Voeckler is there aswell!
They finally managed to get rest of breakaway group on the downhill. At the same time, 200 meters behind them , a big group is chasing them. Spilak , Kristoff , Froome , Contador and few more favourites are in-there.
And due to the lack of organization of the guys at front, these 2 groups merged. There's one big favourites group now and potential winner is there. It's perfect situation for us. We have 3 riders at the front and as you can se our train was set up perfectly. Sagan decides not to follow this one.
Although he started and finished sprint without train, he won it once again. We gave our 150% but that guy just seems in-form and unbeatable right now. Kristoff had great sprint and was close , but it's only 2nd position for him this time.

sutty68 - Indeed. It would be much better if it was 1-2 , but it's still good result. Stage just perfectly suited Sagan and he seemed just unbeatable...
Ian Butler - Well, it would be great if it is like that, but results says something totally different. Anyway, thanks! Teamwork brought us 2 positions on podium and that's great result!
VoetsT - True that!
the_hoyle - Yep, it really is. And i just hopes it's finally solved, but we'll see. I am now going to play (or at least to try) it once again.

If your problems with screenshots will continue, I advise to use another program like IrfanView to make them. I use it and it works fine, captures files in JPG and doesn't cause any problems.

Couldn't solve problem with screenshots. Plus, had some problems with PC so had to reinstall system, which deleted my save.
I am sorry, but this is closed. One more, i know. I'll have to seriously think about my next attempt to make a story (if i ever decide to start new story). |
