Thanks. Glad to hear he isn't injured or sick.
Moreno also abandoned, by the way.

Good one. But its the truth. Team manager want desperately him to ride the Giro as Team Leader and he is not sure if he should do so and ride without Purito

I even like the chance. Steep at first and the final section can be used to make (a lot of) speed. |

Tough day in saddle for everyone, there will be one ascent at Col de la Croix, here's how it looks.

No point jeopardizing getting sick just before Giro. Right decision by him.

I wonder what kind of imaginary disease will he pretend to have this time at Giro and if he will abandon the Team if he doesnt mange to stay with the best riders in the Mountains like he did with Androni. |

20km to go.
Vichot and Tony Martin have 1 minute lead on the peleton.

Martin could've stayed (or try to) with the peloton and hope for a good TT tomorrow, strange tactic. |

20k to go, 70 seconds for a two man breakaway.
Arthur Vichot, and Tony Martin risking his chances for a GC podium by trying to fuck with Sky.
Either reallyreallyreally dumb or clever. I'm inclined to believe the former...

Vichot dropped by Martin. Martin is looking strong, and should win tomorrow's stage even if he runs out today.
Edit: Edmonson abandons for Sky
