Just realised that Bemelerberg is now the penultimate climb, with Keutenberg much further away from the finish. Does anyone know why they've made such a stupid change?
Ruins the parcours, imo. Keutenberg is now 30 km from the finish, and Kruisberg / Eyserbosweg / Fromberg even further out. No way the big favourites will attack that early. It's like the organisers want a replay of the pathetic world's race and a sprinter winning.
There is still the Geulhemmerweg. A climb not in the worlds course but in the final lap of todays course.. Its a tough climb. 1 straight road up at 7-10%. I always found it difficult as 1st climb of the day in the 150km cyclosportive version |

Besides the fact that it's using the same routes as the pros, is that cyclosportive of any interest ? |

For the dutch-speaking, an interesting link to follow the race until live coverage:
https://www.nieuwsblad.be/extra/sportw...RACE/live/
So dangerous to give that group 11 minutes. Vansummeren is in there!

According to Kaggestad sr., EBH said that if Henao and Uran are empty near the end they will ride for him.
By the way; what the hell is the point of showing an ultra-uber-incredible-super slow motion of... nothing? I was staring like crazy trying to see what was so special!

Schleck doesn't manage to stay on Gilbert's wheel, Rui Costa also seems to struggle a bit. |

Schleck lost contact after a crash and Blanco keeping the pace high. Revenge for Mollema's mechanical?
