On this stage it was pretty obvious that when Pervyj was leading the peloton the break kept the distance. And the last 30 km no one wanted to help them...

Yes, but a "multiplayer"-setting shouldn't have any effect in single player-mode?
I expect it to be related to the game categorizing it as a hilly stage, thus the sprinter-teams doesn't go all in in a bunch sprint...

Yes, you'd be surprised. That multiplayer setting does effect the single player mode, at least in PCM 12.
But that hilly stage might indeed be the reason

If i recall correctly same thing happened in MFS... Did anyone look there? Cause i did and it would have affected my team selection

You know that setting means that no AI riders will attack either, it makes no difference

Nope, we didn't get to Algarve at MFS, we stopped at Oman I believe(and yes, Oman was before Algarve, at least the calendar at the first MFS post says that )
I thought the setting(if enabled and playing single player) meant that they just don't really relay... Well, guess you're right
