Quick shot of Cav growling at ITV's camera on the way to the bus but unfortunately no audio
He had to work too hard to get Greipel's wheel but couldn't respond to the power in the last 100m. Great win again for Greipel.

Well, that was a great finish Shame Urtasun or Ghyselinck couldn't last another 100m or so.

After looking at the video I have to say I blame the Lampre rider for that crash. Farrar was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

He had a face of fear imo.
Doesn't he always look like that
Mainly meant no obvious injury, though.
Yeah, I'm not convinced he has more than one facial expression. He could be an actor. |

Farrar apparently tried to enter the Argos-Shimano bus to get a hold of the rider that he was leaning against.
If so he should at least be looking for that Lampre rider that cut infront of him. |

Well my guess is that Farrar was worried more about his position and Veelers on his right side that he didn't see the Lampre rider move across his front wheel from the left.

Lance Armstrong's Facebook
So let me get this straight....come in and tell USADA exactly what they wanted to hear in exchange for immunity, anonymity and the opportunity to continue to race the biggest event in cycling. This isn't about USADA wanting to clean up cycling rather its just plain ol' selective prosecution that reeks of vendetta
I'm a bit concerned about this comment, as it certainly implies some of the riders in the TdF did testify against Lance (Hincapie, Vande Velde, Zabriskie, and Leiphimer are the names floating around). Question I now have is what sort of dirt did USADA have on those guys that they wouldn't talk against Lance to a grand jury, but will to the USADA?

Hmmm... Good Point. I'm not gonna deny Armstrong doped anymore, but what did the USADA do with those guys?

Here's the interesting view of today's stage about Farrar and overall Tour for Rein Taaramae
Couple of facts about Farrar, who organized the crash yesterday and today. Last year he caused the crash, where Wiggins broke his collarbone. I usually try to avoid those definite-crashers like him. After the race Tyler looked for Veelers and yelled in the parking lot, but you can clearly see from the video, who is the one to blame for.
Today I got lucky, I've been lucky for 6 days already. I only need to get away with tomorrow, the last day of the first week and it's gets more exciting for me after that. Wish me lucky for tomorrow so all the s*** would go past me. With meters or millimeters, I don't care. The main thing is that they would go past me.

10 riders did. All those who did are his current or former teammates. We're all still waiting on official confirmation of the names.

Oh but they did talk to the grand jury. But they're just riders, and the grand jury investigation was to try to ascertain whether or not the federal offense was committed of using taxpayers' money to buy drugs. Being "just riders", they don't know what money was used for the drugs, all they could testify was that yes the team was on drugs.
So there was no case.
Now, the USADA is doing an investigation into something else: Was there doping on the team? Now their testimony is useful.

Finally got a very good look at the crash. Amazing that Greipel stayed up as he was right behind Farrar and actually unclips putting his foot down on Farrar to keep himself up as he goes by
Then great work from Hendersen to go and pick him up and get him back in contention by the flamme rouge. |

absolutely they are beating Giro at least 2012 alerady. Also Vuleta will be better.
Cav was so empty at the end..he has no power to get he's ass of the saddle.
That was light uphill?
Gossy realy deserving one stage win already

Great job by Greipel - super bike handling. Great job by Sky for Wiggins, crap job by Sky for Cavendish.

I'm unsure about having no power. We saw him accelerate really well, then seemingly give up. He's done it before in previous Tour's.

From what I saw, I dont think he gave up or had no power. He just dropped so far back, that he had to give everything to get back up to the front, so had nothing left.
Nothing to do with uphill or not, you simply cant win from as far back as he was, in that short space of time.
