i tell ya what i remember reading the M&M story and i loved how you have the Mountain and Intermediate Sprint points in spoilers  That really helps! I also love when you post the results you have the (Tour de France) leaders jerseys next to the classification its representing!

Nice stats, here are my suggestions:
- 69 TT for Veilleux
- 76 TT for Tuft
- 68 HIL for Veilleux
- 79 PRL for Phinney
- 76 PRL for Armstrong
- 74 SPD + ACC for Boivin
The rest are spot on!

Veilluex is very underated. Svien Tuft needs 76 TT and Brent Bookwalter 75. Lacombe 66 sprint? More like 75.

Plus I would give Veilleux, Houle and Boivin all 5 potential. maybe 6 for Veilleux, he is regarded highly at Team Europcar.

Veilleux 71 Cobble, Rollin 73 Cobble. Houle is such a powerhouse, and a strong TTer as well. I'd say the new Tuft, with a bit of sprint finish as well. (Great U23 results too!)
BTW, I can tell you that the Canadian stats should be near perfect if you will be using the PCMdaily db, so no need for this, imo
Lacombe has done absolutely nothing this year, look at his results. 72-73 Sprint at most, I'd say.

All of the suggestions I've seen are already applied to the DB.
Some were long ago actually, such as most of Teddy's except Boivin who was 'upgraded' about week ago ( and Armstrong  ) Phinney etc.
So nothing to worry about

TEAM MEETING 9 - July 5th, 2012
The entire team and managers got together yesterday at the beautiful city of Miami, FL. They seem to be all getting along very well & socializing like they have been together for a very long time.
The only thing new today was the revelation of the Mexican National Champion Jersey here:
Of course with Sunkist having 2 of the 7 Mexican Cyclist expected to race for it this year, there is a very good chance we could see this jersey being worn for a very long time.
The team was already trying to determine what riders will likely race in Grand Tours, other big stage races, and lower races... They proposed this idea:

That is a proposed schedule of events for the year. Of course, the team will not follow this perfectly, but it gives fans a good idea of what to expect for the upcoming season.
The following is a letter from CEO Mr. Clark
Anyways, any of you wondering why we are in the beautiful town of Miami!? Well, the team is having a little vacation together to get to know each other much better. I wouldn't necessarily call it a vacation however, as the team has been training very much over here. With the temperature over 90 degrees constantly the riders are getting a very good workout. Our extended vacation then heads to Colorado next week, where the cooler temperatures won't reward the riders due to the heavy mountain work the riders will have to put up with. We are very excited to get the season started, and it should come up on us fairly quickly!
