Btw, I know many of you actually knows for this joke, but this pic made me rofl.
Please don't remind me of that David Stern-rigged/controlled organization in NO.

Warriors really impressive. Like their team a lot.
What actually happened with their shirts? A few months ago they announced the real shirt style and played a few games with those, but they are back to the typical basketball wear for quite a few time already.
That was probably just an experiment, that will return in the future. I dont like the sleeved jersey to be honest, so i hope it returns in longer future.

The NBA's not "fun" anymore when you have superstar-stacking. It ruins the game and causes Miami to get unfair treatment; plus, it totally ruins concepts like chemistry and stuff. Not to mention they only beat the rest of the EC by lie 15 games, so exciting

100% Agreed. Plus they created a whole new level of "Bandwagon" fans that other fans from other teams can't stand (which is why the other 29 team's fans all have a central dislike of Miami). Loyalty to a team should span a lifetime not just when a team collects the superstars and all of sudden becomes great. I have always been a Detroit guy because I was born in Michigan not because the teams were competing for Championships every single year (well there are the Red Wings but they started that streak before I was born so...). In conclusion, the journey to great success is just as important as finally being successful. IMO
I understand what you say, i also dont like bought success in any sports but lets look at it without hate and with reason.
Miami was almost always in last 20 years team of superstars. If it was Mourning+Hardaway or Shaq+Wade. Wade is still there, so it is not about buying him, Bosh and Allen are big help, but they are not players that cannot be seen also elsewhere. Also Miami has bunch of dedicated great role players, that are not stars at all, like Battier,Haslem or BirdMan.
So wit players i named, we have nice team, but nothing special and this team would battle hard for playoff spots i think.
But Heat has two people, who are making the success and whole franchise.
First is Eric Spoelsta, in my opinion best coach in recent years and in years to come (replacing Popovich and Phil on the throne). He is young, he is focused and knows how to coach a contender. He can squeze the best from the players and order a great tactics.
Second is obviously King himself, i have guts to say, the best basketball player ever. I started to watch the balling in years of Jordan domination, but even he was not kind of a player that Lebron is. This man changes the game, night in and night out. He wins the games almost alone if he wants, with averaging 28/8/8 on the way, but he is doing even more that numbers can descibe.
Lebron is the Mimai Heat and every team with Lebron would be winning titles (he almost led the shite Cavs there even in his younger years). And every team with Lebron will and would be hated.
I just enjoy the game, iam not the die hard fan of any team, so i can see clearly and without bias.
Look at Lakers, those are paid mercenaries with tons of bandwagon fans and they are playing shite. Heat are pure basketball and pure success, the franchise built and coached right.

Point taken, but I still don't believe Spoelstra is a great coach. With James, Wade, Bosh, Allen (which according to you is "nothing special ", anyone could coach that team to victory. Still think Popovich is #1.

Great explained. I am fan of Sacramento Kings ,mainly because of Divac and Peja playing at 2002-2003 season , or something, cant remember. They were my motivation to start and still train basketball. That was a bit off-topic,but yes,you got point.
Also,22 out of 30 guys voted for Kings to stay to Sacramento, while only 8 of them voted for moving into Seattle,so,nothing. I think Seattle deserves basketball club, they should take Bobcats.

This.
What I like so much about the Heat is that they all just seem to have so much fun on the court. Especially LBJ

Charlotte deserves a team. Just something better as the Bobcats.
Atlanta and Memphis (they (the memphis fans) have stepped up these last two years) are bad markets to me

This relocation thing is beyond ridicolous point now. I suppose some news should be published soon, if Balmer/Hansen group will be at least allowed to buy the team without relocation? But that does not make sense, in the end probably a 40million dollar less trade will be accepted just to rule out Balmer/Hansen group, also without clear guarantees for the new stadium (and with Sacramento politician mixing politics with love for ball if i heard right).
Maybe expansion for Seattle would be the fair step now, i just know that Stern is a scumbag, good that he is leaving this year.
About the Heat, yeah they have special team, but that does not guarantee succes (Lakers) . There is still great staff, chemistry and atmosphere helping the basketball quality. As Spilak, i enjoy the game of basketball with them, Lebron is smiling and doing things for the fans...
I would love to see them battling the Spurs in the Finals, that would be great matchup of two special teams and coaches.

Regardless, I was still rooting for the Bulls and their season's over Still Tom Thibodeau deserves a lot of credit for coaching a Bulls team without Rose (who, is becoming like an Andy Schleck of the NBA).

Memphis vs San Antonio today. Interesting 2 WCF games slated before the ECF game 1. Don't recall that in a long time.

Yeah, Grizz are underrated because their defense is predominant. Not exciting to watch, but you can't discredit them.

In other news, the draft lottery is tonight. Go Pistons! Either get a top 3 pick or fall right in the perfect spot where you are forced to draft Burke.
