I think one thing is important to note: Although he should have no problem winning back 30 seconds, Hesjedal's TT isn't anywhere as good as a lot of fans seem to think.
If the gap was 1 minute I'd give RodrÃguez the edge.

Phinney apparently decided to follow the motorcycle instead of the course, so when the moto swung off the course.....well, phinney kept after it.

About 15 seconds plus moomentum, I'd say around half a minute. Doesn't really matter.
