Personally I don't see the be idiot of that rule, it just disadvantages some teams.

If Lampre stick to that MPCC rule i would be so surprised. I like the MPCC's intentions, most of the time, but rules like this are dumb without all teams using them. Especially when a rider of the quality of Ulissi is the stake, it just won't happen
