Well you had good guesses and you were close with each of the guesses  Soon you'll get the right answer
I set it easy as the team name was clearly visible, and when you know the team name - it's usually easy for find the rider.

Baseball you might get mad but all I did was search 'Lyne Lamoreux Bissell" and the first thing that came up was "Frank Pipp"

According to google, that team doens't exist. I'm clueless. Maybe Google has different engines in othr countries. I have no idea what research you guys do.
