Update on Nordeus:
Got few more wins with Lagutin, who was really on-fire in first half of season. Got one 1-2 , Mohoric won Slovenian NC and one race as well. Jarc also won few mass-sprints and i'm currently in July. Signed Nerz, Gatto and Yates so far and 2 South African U23 riders, who were in first 5 at rankings. Jerkov is now Serbian NC and he's on 73/72 currently. I am so excited to see how far he will get!
Also, i am on great position at CQ rankings. It's almost 100% sure that we're going to promote. Only Jamis is better than us looking at Continental Teams, which is absolutely great. At the start, i expected at least 2 seasons as Continental Team before promotion... Also , Lagutin sits on 2nd position in Individual Continental rankings, just behind Haedo.

Precisely, he got 7 wins this season which is more than Nibali + Betancur together. Also, when we talk about wins, he got more than Purito , Sagan , Chavanel and few more WT team leaders.
Jarc and Mohoric has 2 wins, so far. |

Of course, aidanvn13. Look below.
Update #3 on Nordeus
Finished season. Tamouridis got 1 win meanwhile and Lagutin counted to 9 wins at the end of the season. We promoted to PCT together with Jamis and Nippo. Some strange transfers in Cycling World (Froome to BMC , Contador to Cannondale...). Martin and Sagan won WC's , which was expected.
Our 2014 squad is going to look like this:
Pretty good, but still not so impressive for PCT squad. Yet, we have some great talents (such as Jerkov and Verga on first place).
New signings are (some are new): Nerz (from BMC) , Gatto (From Vini Fantini) , Yates (Free Agent) and rest of them are all U23 Talents -> Lewis (RSA) , Vermeulen (RSA) , Hocevar (SLO) and Verga (ITA).
Lewis quite disappointed me. I thought he would be much better, but his stat limits are not so great, except FL which is on 79. Other than that, only PRL and COB are 70+. Will be good domestique.
Vermeulen , on another side , will be solid sprinter. As you can see from picture below , he has 5 stars near to Sprint stat which sounds pretty cool. His stat limits for SP/ACC are 76/71. Quite good.
But Verga is really nice surprise for us. Promising GT rider with 76/78 MO/HIL stat limits. He's already good for some leaders protecting and he's going to be Jerkov's first helper in next few seasons.
When we're talking about Jerkov ,he's on 73/73 MO/HIL now. Great. Will now change sponsor (in editor), since the team isn't Serbian-based anymore. I'll try to use some International sponsor, which is not so big and has some NCs (such as Greek's , Serbian , Slovenian...). It's going to be tough, but if nothing , i am going to make some NCs from templates. At least that's easy.
Will start 2014 tommorow! |

Lewis' FL won't be 79. 73 maybe?
4 stars isn't 16, more around 10.
Nice team though.

Glud & Marstrand - LRO
Yep, new sponsor! Offered up a very attractive one year deal worth £750,000. Hopefully we can attract another UK sponsor back this season.
Still PCT as well! Ended up mid-table of the PCT teams thanks to some big .HC results from Wiles, Lasnik and Swift as well as consistent scoring from Karl and others. Aim for 2015 is to stay in the PCT. Not worried about relegating and certainly won't promote. Stay where we are, bag some good results and build upwards towards a promotion push in 2016.
Swifty is our main sprinter and had a good 2014. Hopefully he can step up a bit more this season but his big targets are the smaller races we can find.
Dowsett is a new signing and should deliver a number of big results in the TT's across the season, and hopefully deliver our first NC in June.
CAS brought in to help keep the new sponsor happy. Agressive climber will allow us to diversify and split our calendar a bit more. Going to be a good season for him
Karl is the classics leader. Bit of a quiet 2014 by all accounts and is just looking for those breakaways in 2015 that deliver the surprise result.
Wiles can fly up the cols nicely and will be a solid points scorer, just hope his HL stat grows a bit more.
Lasnik is capable of bagging some big wins and will look to get some more big results. Important points scorer for the team.
Livshits is like Dowsett and targeting those TT's and the NCs when they come around. Was out 3rd highest scorer in 2014.
Everyone else is coming along as has their roles to play in the team. Havel will be a solid Cobbler in a few seasons and Davies looks to have a decent sprint coming along.
We did lose Johan to Voralberg but he always seemed to be injured or performing poorly so it's not much of a loss.
Going to be a good 2015 i think

I just won the Tour of Flanders with Jurgen Roelandts nearly 2 minutes back was Cancellara.
Finished 2nd in E3 with Roelandts and won the Gent Wevelgem with Greipel ahead of Roelandts and Sieberg
Also finished 5th with Van den Broeck at Catalunya and Greipel took 2 stage wins and GC with Roelandts winning 1 stage and 2nd on GC at De Panne

The worst thing has just happened to me on stage 4 of Pais Vasco, Van den Broeck who was race leader crashed out on a wet day, I am absolutely gutted, looks like he will be out of the classics too. Got Monfort in top 10 at the moment.

~ Half Way through the 2014 season with PCM Daily's 2013 DB. Doing well at the Tour with Nibali on hard, should get a nice win. Having the likes of Porte to support is awesome!
I plan to do the GT triple with Nibali next season, which should be interesting. All going well I'll get the Tour - Vuelta double this season, which would be cool. Might only take Porte to the Giro and Tour next year though; I need someone to race the likes of Tour de Suisse etc. Should be a nice challenge. Any tips on how to pull this off? I'm thinking of having the GT's as his [Nibali] only races until after the Vuelta, I obviously want to be cautious of race days... What about fitness though? How do I manage that? I can't have him try to peak at all for his objectives, even as secondaries as that will make him unhappy with his goals...
When you can't decide between two options, flip a coin. Not because the result of the coin will choose for you, but because, in that split second before the coin lands, you'll know what side you want it to fall on.

@ TTtheGladiator,
The amount of days raced in total no longer affects rider fitness. There is litterally no limit.

OGE Pre-Vuelta update
San Sebastian was disappointing. Langeveld survived in a group of favorites, but came last in 18th.
Tour of Poland was a lot better though. Intxausti won, but Meyer won the opening stage and came 2nd in the GC.
Denmark brought me a stage win.
Cam Meyer did win the Volta a Portugal, with 2 stage wins. New regen Slavi Hristov made his debute.
Eneco Tour was a very strong race for me. Matthews drove top-15 in all stages, but with 1 stage win, 3 more podiums and a 3rd spot in the GC I was very happy.
Tour des Fjords resulted in an easy victory for Albasini.
So next up: Vuelta

Another crazy project in the making for me.
I should really stop that
DB Comics really deserves a try in career mode, so here I am:
Some random characters from over this site(PCMdaily Community Stories, EPIC, UCPCL etc.) that I like.
Squad is provisional, and I might even take it further, giving them all 'PCMdailystan' as country and adding some PCMdaily free agents as well. But I'll re-consider if that's worth the effort

*Sutton is massively underrated.
baseballlover312, 06-03-14 : "Nuke Moscow...Don't worry Russia, we've got plenty of love to go around your cities"
Sarah Palin, 08-03-14 (CPAC, on Russian aggression) : "The only thing that stops a bad guy with a nuke is a good guy with a nuke"
Big thanks to jdog for making this AMAZING userbar!

Yeah, couldn't have 16 stars, I prefer to have some guys lower
Edit: Though Mike Smith should've all 65s anyway, that was never a question
