Leif Hoste --> Accent.Jobs - Veranda's Willems
Didn't see that coming..

Pain is a big fat creature riding on your back. The farther you pedal, the heavier he feels. The harder you push, the tighter he squeezes your chest. The steeper the climb, the deeper he digs his jagged, sharp claws into your muscles.- Scott Martin

I was surprised atfirst but am less when thinking about it.
Staf scheirlinckx (not Leif Hoste, but still) made the same type of move last year and rode a great cobbled season, highlighted by a great top 10 in the Ronde van Vlaanderen.
Lets hope Hoste can comeback to his old level!

Last HTC rider to find a team, Caleb Fairly joins SpiderTech. And any news on Cobo? |

Not really sure what's going on with him. Yesterday, he said that he was sure that he had several other options than Geox - but he prefers staying.
So I'm guessing he's staying unless Geox officially folds. |

According to "El Pais" (Newspaper in Spain), Movistar has the door opened for Cobo.

Strange signing to me, don't know why, but he is a fairly good support climber.

Actually, I'm surprised they didn't sign Cobo or something. But, I think they learned their lesson with Ricco and Mosquera. |

That might also be a money issue - several of their young riders started to shine this year and their wages probably reflect that.

After his 0 CQ points season there in 2010 I doubt it. If he somehow ends up there it'd be more likely because it was his last chance for a WT ride.

Kump returns to Adria Mobil.
Cobo is interesting, would be a huge surprise if he doesn't get a team, afterall, he won the Vuelta this year.. |
