Also, there is this new thing on the site where people are saying JOKE POST after or before their post.
It's already getting werid.
SERIOUS POST
?
I can take some blame for that, it was some friendly advice for everyone from our admin friend TMM after I forgot to use a when ribbing trek about San Luis. So jandal is dumb, jandal gets told off, jandal realises mistake, TMM gives everyone advice on how to avoid the situation, people take advice. I really do think after using it once that works fine though
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Thanks
It's a cycling race, just straight up a mountain. not planning to pull a Bentancur , but a Martin might happen (please don't) not sure what a Santamorita is though (I know the rider but I just don't know what the term is about).

Read the posts above it on the same page as well.
EDIT: Santamorita'd (or maybe I just Martin'd)

If I remember correctly, Santaromita had no great form and still pwned guys who were better than him. Was it at a Giro?

ah, ok, I didn't see that one, but yeah, I've been training for the race all year, so I don't think it applies to me. |

You mean Santambrogio. And we all know why he "pwned" everyone.

Yeah he was even caught mid race with Di Luca.

Yeah he was even caught mid race with Di Luca.
Funnily enough, according to PCS, he's riding again tomorrow for the first time since then...
And he actually got caught a week after the Giro, to be precise. Di Luca was the one who DNS'ed in the last week.

Ah yes, but I remember that after Di Luca got DQed, Santa's results turned to shit all of a sudden.

Yeah, his last few stages were pretty bad.
Or should I say, on his normal level?

Oh, was it Santambrogio? My bad, thanks for clearing that up.
Than perform like a Santambrogio. Otherwise, if you should realise, that you are just too Cheng Ji in the Mountains, try a Valverde or a Gerrans. It will help. Don't be too Etixx with your tactics. And don't ever ride like Mollema. It may be fun to watch. But they will be laughing at you. Not with you.

It is just a junior race
Post-Giro or Pre-Giro Santambrogio? Nobody in the race would be able to stay within the time limit for a TDF Mountain Stage, Cheng Ji would win. Valverde attacks a lot, Gerrans doesn't. These stratergies are contradictory. |

It's the national mountain climb champs, I think you're being a little harsh.
I beat my brother in a race when I was 7. and I was 11 at my first organised junior race, there were 5 people, I didn't know how to sit in behind someone, I yo-yoed off the back for 10km then I sprinted up a hill and came second last. |

I used to race in junior races run near the Cannondale headquarters when I was eleven. I failed horribly though, apparently my old mountain bike was not the best choice. I'd be more prepared now, but apparently everyone over 13 is an adult, and just no...

I don't think I am harsh. It was just a joke. For sure you know what you trained for. And you have set yourself some targets. I just pointed out that I never even took part in junior races. I would love to, but I guess I'm too old now
