Things are getting excited over here
It's my sister's wedding in two days.
I'll be playing all the music live, with my band. But almost two weeks ago I decided I also want to play a little sax during two jazz songs.
So I bought and started learning the sax, almost two weeks ago now. Think I'm ready to play it at the wedding now, still need some practice, though

Good luck Ian, sounds great. Weddings all around the place it seems, my sister marries in a month too.
On another note: I just realized that next 3 months are utterly packed with things I have to follow: First I'm gonna obsess over the Giro, than I'll enjoy a little June break with some mild E3 obsession, which is always fun, then there's already the Football World Championships... and the Tour de France to round things off. Oh ffs. It's scary.

End of year exams woo! If i fail them then i have to repeat either the module or the whole year (depends which exam i fail) so could cost me £9000+ if i do fail. I know what's a smart idea, taking a day off to travel 4-5hours to watch the Womens Tour at the weekend

My exams start monday, with Dutch, which doesn't require much work. Then I have 3 days off, before Economy. Week afterwards 7 exams in 5 days. Monday history, tuesday Greek and maths, wednesday French, thursday geography and English and finishing with Latin. I should be studying now, so...

I think if TMM had, well, let's call it a "motivation" like that right beside him when he was studying, it would definetelly be a good motivation. That, or just a very hot distraction.

If Emma Watson was next to me i wouldn't just fail the exams, i'd probably not be seen until June...
Instead i'll find Lucy Garner after the racing and introduce myself as Karl Hammarling and see what happens
