That's not the point. The point is that they got it all wrong. They said that the only results for T-Mobile in the 2005 Tour were.....and they proceeded to not list everything the team achieved at that tour, with as notable omissions as two other stage wins(one of them on the Champs Elysées!) and named a stage win by a rider who didn't even ride for the team.
Plus, their point was that the team had too many superstars that year....and to prove their point they named a star that didn't even ride for the team... |

Oh, okay. As for Gonchar, he said himself that "Honchar" was just a misspelling by the authorities on his passport, but that since his passport had it that way, he had no choice but to register himself with the local federation as "Honchar". |

I have a friend of mine that was born in ukrania and he has the same problem... I think that's a standardized error or some stupidity like that
why translate as an "H" if it's read and as a "G"?

Mauro Giannetti is anything but a paragon of virtue
- Christian Preudhomme, Tour director
Well, duuh. He gave Bettini a job at the team, he signed Tonti, Nardello, Shpilevsky, etc. The whole crap with Saunier.
It's not hard to see it.
So does this mean no Tour invite for Fuji? They're hard pressed to get a Giro invite as is.
And ASO now has a decent stake in the Vuelta. Does this also mean no Vuelta invite?
We'll see. Way too early to judge.
Final Giro invites will be announced in late January. Tour invites are usually announced in mid-late February, and the Vuelta is usually in late February, Early March, but sometimes only in May. |

They obviously disagree with David Millar.
"I think that Mauro Gianetti has been taken advantage of and he is someone I have a lot of respect for," said Millar. "He does not deserve this and he has a good heart. He has perhaps put a lot of trust in people that he shouldn't have and he will learn from this.
"I guarantee - you watch Mauro - he will have an independent anti-doping programme within the team by the end of the year. He was close to doing it last year, and now he is going to have to extend his budget and get that programme in place. It is by doing that the sport will change."
Said after the Ricco affair.

You couldn't be implying that the greatest classics rider of all time is doped could you?

Seems like there will be no H20-Telteck. It's in the gutter.
So Halgand, Pardilla, Bertogliatti and others are a bit screwed. |

Cooke has said that he and the others left Rock Racing because Ball only promised them that he could pay their salaries for 6 months. The team apparently has no sponsors, no bikes, and all the money is coming out of Ball's pocket, so baring them finding a new sponsor, I doubt they will exist much longer. |

Deadpool, pretty much every single news you post is very old, but the calendar is ages old. You've really outdone yourself now |
