He was slower, I just know...

What is again with Suisse and these super tight corners 200 metres from the finish?
Stupid.
Luigi curse is real. |

Dumoulin 10th on such a climb. Amazing. But I hope he still remaisn focussed on ITT. He's world class at 1 thing. Don't ruin it by going to be a sub-top stage racer.
Gesink again bad, 16th in a field full of B/C climbers. Time to shift focus in his career to a luxury helper or stage hunter. GC Gesink is dead, he had time enough, the Gesink before broken leg is never coming back.
that is terrible and sad story. I remember when he was same level at Nibbles...new promising Gt riders.
I have my own saga..Taaramäe . I am sure he never reaches 2011 promising level. Main fault for that go's for stupid french team..who made bad decision after one and another. After mono virus ..it took to long to diagnose it..after fact..they keep him racing. That caused problems one after another..so he was out 2,5 years after that. Operation opened he's throat again.
Now he is capable to follow aces just once inside GT..maybe he can build it up again. I have serous doubt about that..as gesink. Maybe some stage wins there and there.
Oh well, new hopes for Taaramae and Gesink in the form of Kangert and Kelderman |

Peter Sagan is now record holder of Tour de Suisse stage wins, together with Cancellera (11 stage wins). |

Insane breakaway at the end.
That's the most impressive 2nd place by 2agan I've ever seen. It was pretty great how much he closed up on Kristoff after that shitty positioning. |

Kristoff not yet 100%, but he win anyway. Great, looking forward to TDf. But Sagan was good, havent seen he be that good in sprint for a long time.

Nothing better than to nap to this race, unfortunately just woke up now, damn... Anyways, rumblings about Sagan not getting a TdF-spot should be over now. Kinda looking forward to watch the sprints, its very unpredictable with Bouhanni (I think he will win at least one), Kristoff, Kittel, Cav and Sagan. There is not many of them tho |

Yeah there surely is noway they would leave Sagan out now, he's good for a stage win at least and if anything happened to Contador then at least they could take something out of the Tour. Agree that Bouhanni takes at least 1 stage especially watching they way he is getting over hills this season. Not sure on Kittel, he might take a stage but he wont finish the race considering his lack of race condition. The 1 sprinter you have not mentioned is Matthews, he has been flying this season and OGE really have a good sprint train so I think he's a good chance to claim a stage.

Feel sorry for Bakelants but the strongest just won, must be the first Kazakh rider I actually like. |
