When I download it just open the editor.cdb...
Do you have a link to the complete file? 
I refer to all the content which goes into programmes/cyanide/pcm 2013

Dear All..
First of all, I would like to say thanks to Udoi, who replied to my questions via PM. Then, I would like to explain my problem. Maybe some of you may help me finding the solution.
I have downloaded the following two files.
https://www.mediaf..._shirt.zip
https://www.mediaf...3-9418.cdb
I have installed them in the proper folders. The new database seems to work:
a) There are the historical riders
b) There are several new races
However, riders don't have a bike. During the 3D races, riders seem to ride invisible bikes or seem to fly. Has anyone of you encountered this problem? Are there other files I have to dowload?
Thanks for your help and thanks to Udoi once more.
PS: Obviously PMC 13 with the default database works perfectly.

Take a look to sta_equipment_model and make sure that the newly added frames are not added in the wrong way (so basically there mustn't be information missing under the respective columns  )
