It's also randomized, with users with a lower post count having higher chances of high potential than users with a high post count.
Actually leaders don't have any chance at all on 7 potential.

Jesley Door I strongly advised you to edit my mountain stat because it is simply inexplicable that Admir has a higher MO than me. Make that change now because I am too ignorant to do it myself.
If you choose not to do so I refuse to allow you permission to use me in the DB. I don't like the thought of other people using my alias in any way, shape, or form, you must remove it immediately or else I will hire a lawyer and file charges against you. My nationality should be kept private and my username can be used to trace back to me irl and destroy my life.

I was being sarcastic with a member I am familiar with....
Im sure Jesleyh would love to put in all 103,628 members in the db, but he simply wouldn't have time for that.

@Paul23 I have weakened them, not removed. I'm unsure if I can fully remove the U23 aspect of the game and also unsure if people would want that. Maybe I'll make 2 DBs.
The thing is, I could possibly make the regen names like 'usernames' as well, but not only that'd be difficult, but also would influence other DBs, while I want this Db not to 'disturb' other DBs.
@Code I'll make you a special DB with all 85s if you desire

I know this can't happen, but it would be so cool if the U23s could be newish members, (such as ones applying for wildcards), I know it can't happen though...

Well, I had said it for 10 times already by then so I apologise if I sounded somewhat annoyed
Yes, as you could read in the first post, everyone who had more than 217 posts at 3 October is already in the DB, already with a set specialisation.
That means that you were already in and don't have to fill in your username and specialisation

Well, beside the fact that it's really hard to do that, it'd also mean that in other DBs(like the PCMdaily DBs) the regens would be named like usernames as well.
