5th Place is a good boost for Cerveo, hopefully it will provide a solid platform to build on for the Ardennes. And Rollin was good in the break and also in the Top10. Overall a nice day out for two of the three FDJ boys!

Movistar disappoints here. Only 12th for Quintana is a bit worse than we hoped for

I'm not sure. I distinctly remember adding them to the startlist.
There were some crashes during the race, though, maybe they both got caught up on it and abandoned? I really did add them to the start list. Kennedy and Schmidt. Unless there went something wrong and they didn't get added? |

Well well well, another medal for the Garmin boys, that makes it a silver and a bronze. Now it's up to Dan to complete our collection.

BMC's best rider was...
JEREMY POWERS
I don't know whether to laugh or cry.

Dear Mr Ollfardh.
Thank you for giving me Jeremy Powers at the start of the season. He has been such a vital addition to our squad this season, picking up a couple of top 100s when it really seemed unlikely that he would do so.
However, this performance puts all those others in the shade, with a magnificent 14th place, finishing a whole minute ahead of the might of Parisien and Meier.
Ruining the races of Van Garderen and Lewis aren't important in these circumstances and we are just pleased to have such a talent on board with us at BMC this season.

Will that do?

Ok, I see that ITT was rigged. I don't care about Tony picking up third place against Wiggo and Froomebot (even though it's a disappointment), but that ultimate table is kinda suspicious. I guess there is some new kind of dope in North Korea.
