I hope to see Nibali but with some competition. Tour and Giro were boring in terms of fight for the win, Froome and Nibali were to strong.

probably Kreuziger will be there (don't know if somebody mentioned it yet) and with Majka they can be decent in mountains |

I meant somethins else: Kreuziger has been squeezed out (2010 Vuelta working for Nibali, 2011 Tour after the toughest Giro (GT) of the decade) by every team he has ridden for so far and because of that never reached his true potential.
Finally he has really evolved into a top GT rider, and again he has to ride another GT

So looking at the startlist a few pages back Petacchi will lead OPQS with (Fenn?) as leadout?

Petacchi will be leading him out. Well mainly teaching him.
Euskaltel will have Sanchez, Anton and Nieve. Hope they put up a show in their last round

So with Degenkolb not there we can expect Meersman to grab a few wins, right?

Would suprise me. There are 5 stages that will end in a sprint and none of them is tough enough for Meersman to beat guys like Davis, Swift or Hutarovych. Yest that are the top sprinters for the Vuelta. Prepare for hearing commentators call Debuscchere, Vicioso or Soupe amongst the stage favourites
Has there been a more non sprinters friendly GT in the last 10 years?

Stage 4, 5, and maybe 13?
Yup, should've looked at the profile first.
How is Renshaw's form?
Spoiler You bet I'll have Eurosport on.

He's better than all those three, I'd say.
Davis' incredible tally of 20 CQ points this season speaks for itself. Swift should start thinking about switching focus - he has barely been able to get top 10s at WT level this year. Hutarovich has great top speed but is way too irregular.
If that's really Meersman's main opposition, I think he has a good chance to win one or a few stages.

Now that would be really interesting! As long as he gets over the mountains, that is
@Pelli I'd say Hutarovich would take more wins than Meersman, still.
I also wonder what Sinkeldam can do in that weak sprinter field.

Meersman sprinting on flat stages is overrated. He is great at finishing off smaller groups after hills but flat stages he is really not that great.
He won one in Catalunya but that was an awfully bad field
