Interesting to see Sibilla go down a bit, also Impey has an interesting wage considering that he could quite easily be trained extremely good. Amazing wage for Boasson Hagen, I have to say seeing what Spilak gets for me. Despite you wanting him lower, it is very cheap imo.

@SotD: Yeah, I think both Impey and Sibilla took some nice cuts. Though, Impey can unfortunately not be trained. If he could, I strongly doubt he would be for sale |

Ohhh, right. I thought he was younger than that. He's still a great rider though.

Oh, so now you don't want JvH anymore?
I'll always be interested in JvH and Impey. I've had a different plan in mind for transfers, but anything can happen. Don't be suprised if I make a bid for either of them.

I´m still regreting I didn´t try to get some of those norwegians a couple of years ago....
Sondre Holst Enger & Jonas Ahlstrand in the same team, that would be one nice duo |

@aidanvn13: It only took a year to convince me! I'm looking forward to talk to you when the transfer season starts, if not about specifi transfers, then about your interesting project building a team of climbers.
@Luis Leon Sanchez: Sounds promising, I guess the wages of my two Spanish climbers won't make anyone scared.
@Avin: I guess Impey will be interesting for many teams, mine included!
@viking90: Ahlstrand and Enger would indeed be a beautiful combination, a combination I would've loved to have in mye team as well |

Gjølberg Is First To Join
We're proud to announce our first signing this transfer season. Adrian Gjølberg is a strong rider that will be a key domestique due to his abilities on flat stages and races, but also due to how he's able to navigate and position sprinters/GC riders in the final kilometers of chaotic sprint stages.
It's a dream come true for me. Joining the only Norwegian Pro Tour team there is has been my goal the last years, but admittedly I haven't been able to take the step up and prove myself strong enough before now. I will put it all on the line for my team mates, and I'm fully prepared to sacrifice myself in whatever race I do.
Even though Gjølberg doesn't want to talk too much about his own potential, there are no doubts he has the tools to also be a rider getting into the right breakaways on flat stages, and we hope he can try his own luck on a couple of occasions as well.

Jo Kogstad Ringheim is our second signing this transfer season. We chased him last season as well, but we simply got outbid by Team Puma - SAP.
This year though cio93 decided to let him leave for what the German describes as a project he likes. Then there wasn't really any question around us paying what was needed to make Ringheim join our team, and 651.250 Euros did the trick. We're very happy cio93 decided to accept our bid.
There's no doubt Ringheim will make a great duo together with Vegard Breen in the cobble classics. And just like Breen, he's still developing, meaning he will only get stronger, and 2016 could be his breakthrough year as a leader. This season we hope he can ride aggressive in the classics and show himself and others what kind of talent he is.
This is obviously a unique opportunity. I had a great time in Team Puma - SAP, but for all Norwegian riders, the Norwegian Pro Tour team must be the logical goal. Hopefully I can develop further here and progress in the cobble classics. I love those races, and my dream is to one day be able to fight for the win in one of those.

He is really really nice. Well done.
It's crazy how strong a norwegian team can actually be, but I like it!

I said the only team Ringheim would ever go to is Aker, and that's what happened.
Transfer season is always great with you around, so I'm happy I could help you achieve the Norwegian quota and hopefully prevent relegation fears.
Plus he now has the chance to get maxed out this season, something I obviously like to see as a talent hunter.

SotD: At least the Norwegians help creating a nice depth in most departments, though, admittedly most of them are not leader material.
Ian Butler: That's something I'm looking forward to myself, currently it isn't really clear at all
cio93: That's really nice to hear, and yeah, I won't mind to see Ringheim "pull a Breen" from last year's Omloop Het Nieuwsblad, but I can't say that I expect it. Anyway, I'm really happy to have him, he was one of my top targets this transfer season. |

Finally we've been able to secure Alexander Kristoff and Rasmus Guldhammer for this season. We're incredibly happy to see them both join.
Alexander Kristoff was by far and away our biggest target for the transfer season considering the improvements he made this winter, which makes it a relief to secure his signature, especially as it took quite some time to seal the deal.
We're obviously happy other teams understood the importance for us in signing Kristoff and backed down. The signing of Kristoff is a statement from us as a team, there should be no doubts that we really are trying to build a Norwegian team.
I must admit I wasn't sure what team to sign for starting all the negotiations earlier this month. There were some very good alternatives, but in the end Aker - MOT felt like the right choice. I will get to lead the only Norwegian Pro Tour team there is in both the cobble classics and in the sprints, honestly it can't get much better than that.
Alexander Kristoff | 28 years old | Wage: 590.000 Euros | XP: 4.100
FL | MO | HI | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SP | ACC | FI | DH | PRL | 75 | 60 | 68 | 68 | 75 | 71 | 76 | 78 | 81 | 79 | 69 | 67 | 73 |
Rasmus Guldhammer joined our team only a few minutes later than Kristoff, and he's another key signing for us. As it stands now, his presence could mean the difference between relegation and avoiding it. The Danish climber has been high up on our list in previous seasons as well, but we've also admitted that there wasn't much chance of signing him as long as he was at Team B&O.
Guldhammer could very well play a key role in the biggest race there is for us this year, as he's our best climber by far right now. We're looking a lot forward to see the Dane dancing on the pedals climbing the toughest mountains there are.
Being Scandinavian is also a big plus with Guldhammer. Communications and potential differences in cultures shouldn't be a problem at all as we're all on the same line.
I had an amazing time in Team B&O. It was a pity to see them stop, but I could only look forward and explore my options. Being a captain in the only Scandinavian Pro Tour there is doesn't feel like a step down for sure, and I'm prepared to lead the team in the mountains. I'm comfortable with the pressure that automatically follows seeing the history of great climbers in this team, and I'm determined to one day become as good as Jose Alarcon, Simon Spilak and Alberto Contador.
Rasmus Guldhammer | 26 years old | 520.000 Euros | XP: 4.100
FL | MO | HI | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SP | ACC | FI | DH | PRL | 68 | 80 | 77 | 71 | 74 | 75 | 74 | 69 | 70 | 76 | 71 | 65 | 71 |
In other transfer news, we're looking to sell Guillaume Levarlet and Steven Kruijswijk. Please make contact on PM if you're interested in one of them or both.

Thanks, baseballover312! I'm looking a lot forward to see them lead my team. It will be extremely fun to see the team go for it in races with what's looking to be a roster with a total of two riders from other nations than Norway.
It's kind of a dream come true, if that's allowed to be said about the MG |

So happy you could get these two riders. Kristoff should be the perfect replacement for Impey, while Guldhammer should be a good leader for you in stage races with the likes of Contador and Anton leaving. So really you replaced your foreign riders with Scandinavian ones, which increases your nationality focus, something I really like. Hope they do well here |

Our team is really shaping up as we speak. In the last couple of days two more big signings have been completed, and we're very proud to announce that Fredrik Strand Galta and Vegard Robinson Bugge have signed for us.
We contacted SportingNonsense about a possible transfer for Galta on the very first day of transfers. To say that there was a long way from there to actually completing the deal is definitely not an understatement, but we're thrilled we managed to come to an agreement and secure the signature of Norway's brightest talent speaking of mountains and the big climbs.
I wasn't sure at all whether or not a deal with Aker - MOT would be possible, and I fully respected that some time and negotiating was needed. I had a great time with Vesuvio - Accumalux, and it would have been nice to continue there, but I couldn't resist the opportunity to move back home and still be a Pro Tour rider. I'll return to very familiar roads to improve further and it's great motivation to see Guldhammer join as well. We speak the same language and are about the same age, I'm sure we'll be a great fit, and I'm looking forward to lay it all on the line for him.
Fredrik Strand Galta | 23 years old | Wage: 70.000 Euros | XP: 3.99
FL | MO | HI | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SP | ACC | FI | DH | PRL | 67 | 76 | 70 | 69 | 74 | 75 | 72 | 52 | 63 | 60 | 65 | 69 | 67 |
Vegard Robinson Bugge is a well known face to the team. He rode for us in 2013 before he joined Risa - Ergon in 2014. We're very happy to have him back, and he will be of great value in the classics. Hopefully he can play his role to perfection as we hope to make Edvald Boasson Hagen's season much more similar to 2013 than the rather disappointing 2014.
I'm grateful for Risa - Ergon and the chances I got there. It was definitely something special to lead the team and act as a captain. I learned a lot from it, and eventhough I know I won't be a captain here, I think the experience I got could prove valuable on the road when the important decisions should be made. The rund we had in the Ardennes back in 2013 was absolutely magnificent, and it was out of this world to be part of that, and I hope we can do something similar again this year!
Vegard Robinson Bugge | 26 years old | 50.000 Euros | XP: 4.100
FL | MO | HI | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SP | ACC | FI | DH | PRL | 69 | 74 | 75 | 64 | 73 | 74 | 70 | 68 | 63 | 72 | 67 | 63 | 67 |
@alexkr00: Those were indeed five great minutes when the deadlines on Kristoff and Guldhammer passed
@FroomeDog99: Thank you! I really hope they do well, they will most likely not win anything big, or anything at all, this season, but it's great to have them and build my team around them, not only for this season, but also for the future.
