You're questioning my IQ dude
Not to mention, as several people have mentioned, you're "correcting" me wrong. It's "Allez"

I think Costa peaked too early
I had three cards to play.
Levi died, I think finished like 20th.
Danielson was good, but faded.
Nicholas Roche. Outclimbed Gadret and various other climbers! 5th overall. Better be the leader for AG2R now or else... ( )
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy

Correcting works on a different language level than this.

Nope. Just Movistar's more advanced training methods

"Allez!" means "go!" - it's the polite or plural 2nd person imperative.

Correcting only works if you're correct.

This is going quite off-topic, no?
Nice to see F. Schleck getting some results, unlike his brother. |

Allez John Gadret!
But seriously good climb to watch I thought and a Schleck in decent form (admittedly not great) does allow us to hope for more excitement in the Tour de France as well as Suisse. Nice riding.
I think you mean aller not allez
He might also mean "Allée", but I doubt that'd make any sense in the context. (it means "John Gadret alley" ).
"Aller John Gadret" is definitely not correct. It sounds robotic or GPS and would indicate Gadret is the destination.
"Allez John Gadret" is something I wish I wouldn't hear, but it's the only grammatically correct one.

Aller is french for go, so if he says aller aller Gadret he means Go Gadret!
Allez is french for shall, so if he says allez allez Gadret he means shall Gadret! And i dont realy know what that means, but it makes no sence to me.
anyhow, I understand why people would mess them up, becouse you pronounce them nearly the same (Ã llee) |
