Thats the point guys
I don't know if I'm the only one but I don't even bother signing young guys with bad stats that are considered big talents. because in EPIC yu will never spend your points on a 19-year old on 70, but you'll rather get somebody's 78 to 79 because of the - sorry Ollfardh - not so good upgrading system.
I'm eager to see how many of those great talents will stay weak domestiques
Me and Van der Poel will prove you wrong
That's the very reason Simon Yates is not at my team anymore. You just can't give more than one top talent the necessary dedication to make him a top rider. Adam Yates should become really good, but that would only happen half as fast if Simon were still there.
Also can we please, please have clarification on what leftover money will do for us. I'm sitting here and have no clue wether I should get in bidding wars for riders I neither want nor need or is it worth keeping?

Computer is acting a bit wonky, restarting very often, so a short answer:
- The money will be converted into progress points, I tried explaining it already but it seems it's still a bit unclear, so I'll try differently.
Remember progress points? It's those things you get for achieving goals and your HQ rating. The ones you get from the leftover money will be added to that total, so any amount of money can be usefull, you'll just have to use it creatively.
- Regarding progress on young riders, a lot of people are complaining about it, so I'll make it easier to progress young riders. I will also make it more possible to rise a stat above 80 (although it still wont be easy). Last of all, I'll try to do something about the 55 stats of custom riders, as well as making the cost difference between upgrading a low stat and an already high stat bigger. I hope this will cover the biggest remarks you guys have
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

So they'll get added to the total in break 1 thus working as usual as well as being useable all of them.

But wouldn't that rule favour those Custom Riders who was there from the Start?

@sgdanny - But Oldfarts dream is for all EPIC riders to have exactly the same stats, so no it makes total sense

I've got myself into a stupid situation:
I need two team leaders, I have at least 139k and I will likely have more, so I would be willing to pay 80k for one rider, a little more if it's worth it, I want one cobble specialist (nice if they can sprint) and another leader, preferably a climber and preferably both European. Please contact me if you have anything.

Put Vaconsoleil at the bottom, they won't get any votes.

I still haven't got the strongest team in the game, but I'm extremely happy with being able to get back to the teams roots as well as making the team significantly stronger in every aspect except sprinting (which never has been Euskaltels forte anyway )

After TMMs mention in the weekly news I created a poll as well. Will be interesting to see your opinions.

If anyone can use a decent climber (Mo 70, Hi 71) with a 10th place on Champs-Elysees on his palmares for pretty much nothing feel free to contact me. Very much in doubt concernig the 30th rider on my roster and I have plenty of climbing depth as it is

As of 16:09 JoeArmstrong (Colombia) is leading on more than 5 FA's [Howson, Geslin, Keisse, Flakmore, Meisen, Kloden are just the ones i can see, not diggin back through pages]. I hate to be evil (well, not really) but it's something worth bringing up and reminding some managers of
