Quite nice to see Ulissi finishing second in both Canadian classics. Also Mauro 4th. Thanks Bikex! |

Man, the trip to Canada really wasn't worth it, could have done something a lot more useful with that money. Thanks Bikex!

Another decent 5th from Jelle to make a very nice Canadian adventure

Crazy good results for us in Virginia, very nice to see we also managed to shine in the TTT, where we lost great part of the points in last year's edition. We might save ourselves in the end fair and square. Thank you B <3

EBH and Konig have been strong in recent races
Leading the individual rankings is fun too

After Quebec SC Saeco was still ahead but Virginia Chrono Tour got you more than 750 points while Saeco didn't score a single one.
Rankings and also World Cup standings updated: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....st_1230315
Could be that I can't report races for a few days as I've got some other stuff to do and also for ICL I have to slowly prepare stuff for the off-season. |

another good month putting us solidly second in CT and CT teams in Prestige for the final few races. Being above over 5 teams in WT after one race day there is pretty sweet too Bring on October

Ffs
The irony of leading the more important ranking while the one that I actually want to win more this season sees me second :P
Should have send the secondary guys like Geyer more to WT races... :/
Final WT Races:
Buca Buca: Betancur - Van Avermaet - Engeldinger vs Yates - Yates - Kennaugh
-> Slight advantage for me but Bunzl has better depth so could also be about equal
Paris - Tours: Kittel - Ciolek - Ewan vs Phinney - Doull - Thomas
-> Advantage for me but Bunzl has a great set-up for late attempts etc.
Il Lombardia: Betancur - Van Avermaet - Angelthingy vs Yates bros - Kennaugh
-> Equal: I have the better top rider but Bunzl has the much better depth here.
Worlds TTT: 76-75-75-75-73 vs 80-78-77-76-76
-> Clear Advantage Bunzl. Bunzl is one of 3 top favourites (with Celesio and perhaps Alitalia) while CSC might be considered 6th best team although many similar strong teams are just behind.
=> Bunzl is favourite to win. CarbonSports needs a perfect Paris-Tours to equal Bunzl TTT gain and Betancur has to be very strong in those two hilly classics!
At least we'll have a thrilling season final!
Prestige Ranking and World Cup are looking great though...! |

Rankings are fairly unchanged for us but the gap to 5th still isn't that big. With Caruso finally back in action, maybe that's a possibility.

Interesting analysis by Knockout on the battle for the top spot, will be fun to watch.
Main team are solid mid table and dev team drift down to 5th, OK with those results.
World Cup is a total washout which is a shame, its an interesting new dimension.
Thanks for the update Bikex, great stuff as ever.

My team is doing pretty well in the WT but pretty bad in CT for being a CT team

Going down down down in the rankings as the season starts wrapping up. Was expecting to be a few positions higher up at the end tbh. But excited for the off-season.
Didn't expect much from September. A couple of big name races for us to cap off the season.
I don't say this enough but thank you Bikex for all you do for the ICL

Dropped to 10th in both ranknigs, would be nice if we're still there at the end of the season.
On a good note, the cobbled WC is in the bag for GVK!
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Vanmarcke 5th in cobbles WC is a disgrace...
Will be tough to regain the podium spot from Italo now...

With Porte the top favourite for Colombia, I think I can confidently say that we're not getting on the podium there
Bring on Il Lombardia. We finish off the season with our only outing in any GT/Monument this season. Should be fun

Me gusta!
I have absolutely no idea how this has happened. I was hoping to challenge for a top three finish this year and go for the win next year. My five year plan has peaked too soon.
I fully expect to lose the lead in October; the races don't suit us and unless Simon can pull off something brilliant in the hilly races, Betancur and Kittel will get the job done for ze Germans. But I'm more than happy with second.
It just goes to show, having a balanced squad with good depth is much better than having 1 or 2 top riders and a bunch of filth, which is how it should be.
One last thing:
33 | 34 | | Adam Yates | Bunzl - Centrica | GBR | 999 | 34 | 32 | | Simon Yates | Bunzl - Centrica | GBR | 998 |
Really, guys? Even the Schlecks couldn't pull this off. The race to 1000 is on.

Bit of a shame we dropped so far in the rankings, with especially Virginia being extremely disappointing for us.
On the other hand, I'm really looking forward to our October. Gilbert still has a few races left, and Durbridge could score us some good points in the Chrono as well.
And it's great to see yet another season nearly coming to its end, great work!

Thought we might get things going again with Tre Valle Varesine: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....st_1234572
more to come possibly soon...I need the db file names for the U23 races though, so that I can create the startlists for those races (Piccolo Lombardia, Paris - Tours Espoirs)...
and the stage files for races that are not yet uploaded (like f.e. Bucaramanga, Colombia)
