I believe Impey deserves something like 70 MO and 74 HIL?
What are the chances of the update coming before the release of PCM 2014?

Can Kelderman have 78 if he gets 3rd in Dauphinee?. This guy is a beast, i also hope his potential is 7 as he dont get good with 6 pot. |

78MO with 7 potential would really make him too overpowered in the future. Aru hasn't got 7 potential in our DB anymore either now.

I no but when he is on his normal stats the max i see him get is 78 mountain. Have you noticed that? I suppose if he is 77 he wiill maybe reach 80 but i doubt it. I think Kelderman will be a huge rider he is getting better and better all the time. And he actually is a fighter he actually attacks. Which is why i was suprised at people say Talansky 78, Kelderman's Giro was as good as Talnsky's Tour. |

You're asking Jesley...JESLEY...whether he noticed Kelderman's good results? You must be new here.
On a serious note, I don't see him as one of the greatest riders in future to be honest. I like him really, and I'd like to see him becoming one of the bests in next couple of years , and I just have that feeling that he won't become the GT-winner caliber.

Yes i no he is lol but i still believe he should be 78/76. He is younger than Aru by nearly 2 years if im not mistaken. |

Ah ok. Well still think he will be better than TJVG and Talansky by a long way. Put it this way every year he improves |

So does Talansky... though I'd say TVG has stalled a lot.

So Vanmarcke has 72 sprint and Cancellara 70. I'm not sure this is right. I remember them 3 times sprinting against each other in cobbled classics and Cancellara won each 3 of those head-to-head. You can say he edged it through flat, stamina, therefore saving more energy, but I'm still not quite sure what Vanmarcke has done to deserve 2 sprint more than Cancellara. The only significant sprinting achievement from him since the beginning of 2013 I can see is 4th in Gent-Wevelgem. That's OK, but Cancellara had 2nd in Milano San Remo and was in top5 twice on sprinting stages in the Vuelta last year.

Vanmarcke beat Boonen in Omloop. Look at his other results in a sprint, he's quite fast actually. Against Cancellara he just misses experience, in Roubaix he went too early, in Ronde too late, while Cancellara always manages to time it perfectly. Unfortunately there's no stat for that in game
But the main reason of Cancellara doing so well in sprints towards the end is his flat and endurance. He should be 2-3 endurance points above the rest in my opinion, he can just go through a wall towards the end of a race.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Well, those sprint stages on Vuelta where Cancellara finished 3rd and 5th were both well below 200kms, so that's not endurance. I've not seen those kind of performances from Vanmarcke. It's kinda more significant to finish in the top mixing up with the sprinters from big peleton, than to beat a quick guy from a small-group sprint from a breakaway (Omloop, and that was more than 2 years ago). |

I wouldn't call those stages you mention real sprint stages
Sep Vanmarcke had a few decent finishes in the Tour as well last year, if I remember correctly. He got a 5th in the E3 sprint 2012, 4th in Gent-Wevelgem this year. Not a win, but he did leave some fast man behind him.
Cancellara is Cancellara, I don't think he has the pure speed of other riders, but his raw power combined with his experience often gives him good results in a sprint. Didn't he even get a podium on the World Championshp Cavendish won?
I'm not sure how we should put that into stats though, other then best flat and best endurance of the game
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

It seems you don't remember correctly. His best place was 12th and that was on a stage 2 where many sprinters were eliminated due to a crash and even Millar finished 4th. Other than that, he didn't finish a single stage in the top20.

Yes he did. And there's no such thing like experience in PCM, so his ability to finish high should be enforced through other statistics.
I feel that in reality, Cancellara is at least equally good, if not better sprinter than Vanmarcke so I express my disagreement with stats in this DB. |

But Tejay looks like he can actually keep up with the big guys on climbs now. That was his biggest fault was that he wasn't really that great of a climber. Thats a huge improvement for him, so I dont see how that is stalling.

I think Van Garderen is definetely better than 75 TT and 76 HIL would be more suitable, seems he is nowhere to be seen in most of the 1-day races. I think he is pretty much spot-on in current DB.

What are you intending, Marsipulami?
Because it seems to me you're just making us respond on CFQ stats, which is not the way to go here.
