There is always a need for ref's in all locations! Its good money and a lot of fun (most of the time). As long as the people giving the course are good it will be great. The FA courses in the UK are outstanding. Lots of support, lots of experience and they make it almost impossible to fail.
I don't know of the football situation in Norway much (obviously) but i hope things go well and that you can find plenty of matches.
One of the best things i ever did was qualify as a ref.
A friend of mine took the course last year. it's quite a complex system, you have to qualify before the referee's committee in the local FA to get your badge. They say they lack referees, but only a handful get their badge. From what I've heard the system here compared to the UK is a lot more about judging the referee's performance rather than giving them support to get to another level.
I am a handball referee from before, that's partly why I registered for the football course This is me in action...

Since I am a student I never know when what is changing how when it comes to time...
Im to cheap to buy a newspaper (Well, the Irish Times is a rip off with 2.70 a pop and I only buy it around election and annual budget time, to see by how much more I get ripped off with the student contribution) and I dont have a TV (again for money reasons... A TV license in Ireland is effing expensive) so Im lost in time & space twice a year

Much different then the comics, and I like that. Didn't expect Andrea to be bitten by Milton. She had plenty of time and characters now make badass impossible kills all the time. But she died right at least. Never liked her anyway. Only 3 of the Governors men left, but this will still go into season 4. Didn't really want it to. But whatever. And Aleen dying. And all the Woodbury guys. Tyreese in the group now. Glad Hershel survived. And now all those people in the prison from Woodury. There going to have to kill all them of at some point. I'm happy they didn't take the easy way out and just kill off the expendable characters like Beth and Carol. Great finale.
Unless you watch the Walking Dead (which you probably don't) that spoiler is useless.
