I'm not the Manager, it's Francopell, but he left the game. It's about my custom rider entering the race. His schedule was posted well ahead of your deadline both in the team HQ and the main thread.
Furthermore, here is where the schedule of the most important riders of Globant is posted, you were supposed to follow that
https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....ost_702242
EDIT: and for future races, Bikes, Marco and a few others have made planners as well, in the general thread. Best you follow them
I apologize, I never saw that

1st: Kim Po-ding does have a schedule to be followed, as this situation came about through manager inactivity i.e. not the riders fault
2nd: Globant schedule is only to be followed at reporters choice
3rd: Schedules made for teams by Bikex, Marco etc, are only to followed at reporters choice
So
MAXIME - Please insert Kim Po-Ding, but everything else is cool, assuming Danny Pate has now been added
yes Po-ding will be added and Danny pate is already there

Stage One - Tour of California
Phil Legget: "The Seventh year of the Amgen Tour of California starting in Santa Rosa, a Circuit around sonoma county, and this first race should be interesting"
Paul Sherwen: "Agreed, this first stage could put some pressure on the sprinter's Teams with the small climbs at the end"
Phil Legget: "Before we start we must point out the sad news that team Tap's jerseys were stolen last night, but instead of pulling out, as we have seen teams do the last couple years, they decided to you jerseys from a local cycling club"
Paul Sherwen: "Yes, interesting situation they were in, but with the main GC favorite, they weren't going to pull out"
Phil Legget: "Now with out further ado, Stage one of the Amgen Tour of California
Phil Legget: "You can see all of the riders set at the starting line, to begin this seventh anual tour of Califonia"
Phil Legget: "And as in every stage there are some early atttackers"
Paul Sherwen: "Yes, but dont excpect them to go far, ecpecially because this is the first stage, many riders want to be out in front"
Phil Legget: "And finally after 20 killometers, it seems that we have our break of the day!"
Paul Sherwen: "yes it does seem like it, but I'm surprised not to see any good climbers, Oliviera, Grabsch, Vandousselare and preidler are the men in the break"
Phil Legget: "Now, Preidler just took the first intermiadiate sprint and the gap is up to 5:17"
Paul Sherwen: "I wouldn't be worried, the teams will wake up eventually, and as I've stated before, there are now big climbers in this front group"
Phil Legget: "As we approach the first mountain sprint, the gap is starting to fall"
Paul Sherwen: "Yes, the gap is right around 6 minute, most of the work is being done by In-n-Out, Nintendo and Lunar Industries"
Phil Legget: "It will be interesting to see how things shake up here in California"
Phil Legget: "Now we have some movement to claim the Mountain Points"
Phil Legget: "But Preidler is gonna take it, theat was a close sprint"
Paul Sherwen: "Priedler looking the strongest in this group, after taking both sprints and he is doing most of the work"
Phil Legget: "Vandousselare is going to take the second mountain sprint"
Phil Legget: "In-n-Out is doing most of the chasing now and now the gap is down to 3:40"
Paul Sherwen: "They must really trust Sagan, as they have been doing most of the chasing in the last 20 killometers"
Phil Legget: "And now Preidler takes another sprint"
Phil Legget: "oh this time Vandousselare is going to take full points
Paul Sherwen: "that means he will be wearing the mountains jersey on stage two!"
Phil Legget: "interesting, now with 20 kilometers to go, the break has a lead of a bout 1:20 over the main pack"
Paul Sherwen: "the sprinter's teams are now going to the front to reel in the front group"
Phil Legget: "its all over now for the break"
Paul Sherwen: "yup, its sprint time"
Phil Legget: "Now it's the Calm before the storm"
Paul Sherwen: "couldn't agree more, the sprinters are jocking for position at the front"
Phil Legget: "And now they are off, Petit has just launched Farrar, Rojas is still on the wheel of his team-mate, but Peter Sagan is no where to be found"
1.2 km to go
Phil Legget: "Sagan is getting pulled by Gallopin, a great job by him, Farrar is starting to fade, Impey is starting to sprint, Rojas, waiting still"
1km to go
Phil Legget: "And now Rojas is Launching out of 6th position, Gallpin is in 5th position with Sagan on his wheel, but now Haussler, not Impey is leading, impey is fading quickly
.4 km left
Phil Legget: "Sagan coming out of Gallopin's wheel, and looks like he is going to take it, Rojas on the right side is trying to prevent another Sagan win"
Phil Legget: "But no one is going to beat the slovakian today!"
Paul Sherwen: "Yes amazing job by him, but clearly the ride of the day goes to Rollin of Barry's with a great third place

Stage Two - Amgen tour of California
Phil Legget: "Stage two looks like a replica of yesterday's stage, however with the climbs both closer to the finish and taller, I would excpect am man such as Zoltan or Costa to impose himself on today's stage. What do you think paul?"
Paul Sherwen: "Honestly Phil, I hate to disagree with you, but with all these good climbing sprinters I think it'll be a mass sprint"
Phil Legget: "Well I guess the viewers will get to see who's right"
Paul Sherwen: "They sure will"
Phil Legget: "Stage two, Amgen Tour of California, coming up next!"
Phil Legget: "The riders at the starting line, they look ready"
Paul Sherwen: "They better be, its a tough stage today, one can lose a lot of time here"
165 km left
Phil Legget: "Now it looks like our break has been made, composed of two americans and two europeans"
Paul Sherwen: "Yup, Mannion of CSC and Beyer of Dominos are the two americans, however they are clearly the two worst riders of the four"
Phil Legget: "Vrecer of Red Bull and Bodnar of Sony are the two others, they are looking for a win on american soil"
162 Km left
Phil Legget: "Now at the first sprint the lead over the pack is 3:35"
Paul Sherwen: "Nice sprint by Vrecer to take the points infront of Bodnar and mannion respectively"
145 Km left
Phil Legget: "Now at this sprint Bodnar is going to win"
Paul Sherwen: *yawns*
98.7 km Left
Phil Legget: "The gap is up at 8:13 however, its starting to go down"
Paul Sherwen: "The gap is being reduced by Golbant and Tap, both are working of their GC guys, expect an attack by Po-ding, Zoltan, or even costa in Tap's situation"
73 Km left
Phil Legget: "As the break hits the base of the climb the gap is down to 5:30"
Paul Sherwen: "The break seems only interested in the mountain points, not the victory. The reason I say this is that they've been lookin at each other very often in the last few killometers"
61 Km left
Phil Legget: "Beyer is going to take the mountain points with Bodnar and Vrecer behind him"
Paul Sherwen: "Thats 16 mountain points for Beyer, I would expect him to be in that mountains jersey tomorrow"
Phil Legget: "This time Badnar is going to pick up sixteen which should put him into the KOTM jersey"
31km left
Phil Legget: "This time Badnar is going to pick up sixteen which should put him into the KOTM jersey, but also now Now we see some riders making attacks off the front, Most notably, Ted Mosby"
Paul Sherwen: "the American Zabriskie, Moser and Rasmussen are all attacking too, should be interesting to see what IOQ and Tap do"
18.9
Phil Legget: "Now the gap from the front of the race to the chasers is 42 seconds, and the gap between the chasers and the peleton is 44 seconds"
Paul Sherwen: "And with right around 20 killometers left, it looks like its going to be a mass sprint"
5 Km left
Phil Legget: "Now, the teams in the peleton are no longer chasing!"
Paul Sherwen: "You are right, its quite interesting to see who will win this 8 man sprint"
2km left
Phil Legget: "Moser is launching from way far out"
Paul Sherwen: "it doesnt seem like anyone wants to respond, however they have to if they want to win"
0.6km left
Phil Legget: "Mosby Breaking away!"
Phil Legget: "And an amazingly well timed sprint will win him the stage!"

Mosby is definitely one of the more successful custom riders out there, this is like his third win I think?
And good to see Po-ding isn't losing time early on

Moser!! Brilliant ride from him, too bad he couldn't win. If he survives the mountain stage, he could get a good spot in the GC.

honestly, Moser would have won if we waited a bit longer, maybe if he had started sprinting half a km later he woulda won. Moser just died at the end, he was lucky even to get second

Dammit, Japs! Why you no want to do work? Rojas could have won there if you'd bothered to reel in the attackers

Phil Liggett: "Now with the peleton aproaching pena and Louder have decided to attack"
Paul Sherwen: "Pena may be looking to score some points at the top of climb as they are right around three killometers from the top"

Phil Liggett: "at the top of the climb, louder picks up some points with pena right behind"
Paul Sherwen: "but its game over for the break as the pack has them in their clutches"
