And this effort will cost De Gendt a lot tomorrow in the TT too, let's see what happens. 9km to go yet. I am cheering for him though. Just don't over analyse.

It would be amazing if De Gendt would win this Giro. You have to attack to win, it would be completely said. Still long way to the finish though.

He has 1.5kms lead and he knows how to pace himself perfectly because 99.9% of his mountain training is done on this climb
