Froome and Wiggins both still rode very well, nobody at all close to Cobo
Cobo leads Froome by the 20 second victory bonus in GC

Make no mistake, Wiggins and Froome did very well today. Simply Cobo did better.
I hope Sky can spring a move in the next week because I really don't want this walking positive test winning the GC. Although it does have a bit of an Eric Caritoux feel to it.
I've got no doubt he's on some magic stuff, but Christophe Moreau and Jean-François Bernard have been pointing at the same thing all broadcasting long, which surprised me a lot. Usually they're more politically correct. Is there anything about to be announced one of these days ? |

Walking positive? Come on, he beat Froome, Poels and Wiggins. Not like he was riding away from any amazing climbers.

The guy used to be best pals with Piepoli and Ricco. You can't run away from old habits.

Epic stage. Angliru should be used every year.
Cobo might have wrapped up this Vuelta now, since I find it hard to see Wiggins or Froome gaining back time on Peña Cabarga.

He's gotta give everything in Peña Cabarga... He did seem frustated in the end.
Also, Machado best RadioShack in the stage. Where are you, Jani and Haimar? |

Monfort still in top 5 in GC. And now Menchov will have to work for Cobo so he doesn't seem a danger!

I disagree, it would lose some of it's mythical status then (though from a racing point of view, I understand where you're coming from).

And only 2 spanish riders in the top 10, with as names: Cobo and Zubeldia
Spanish Cycling is dead.
But Fuglsang will lose another minute on Manzaneda, 1 minute on saturday and 2 minutes on angliru...
The only Scandinavian factor I see is Kessiakoff, he did well on the previous MTF and is also still good in the GC
Also glod Mollema is 'only' 47 sec behind Wiggins and 36 behind Nibali. I think Froome will falter eventually. If he wins that would be the biggest suprise ever. I mean what has Froome ever done on this level?[/quote]
Sorry, did you just say something?
