Lutsenko, Quintana, Cocuard, Barguil, Chaves,
Wildcard is Stuyven
You got the first one in Lutesenko.
Barguil was 7, but he's now 6. Rest of those are all 6's though ( although as I said some of those are on verge of being 7, but for now they will have 6 as the potential ).
Hint: 2 are stage racers. 2 are puncheurs ( one of them Lutesnko ) and one a Free Agent sprinter

Yea, all have 6, you're right. Cattaneo had always 7 I remember, but didn't impress in last two years that much, so his potentials got lowered to 6.
And you got Ewan as the 2nd one

You got another 2.
Dombrowski's MO was changed to 73, and with this considering the massive potential, he got potential of 7.
Jungels is the other one, the guy impressed so far the season, possibly the most at Criterium International, he could be the Cancellara of the future so deserves potential of 7 too.
Morton was very subdued as you say Spilak, so so far potential of 6, slightly disappointed by him, but he'll come I hope.
Zabel is hard to judge, his potential is 6, and what kind of rider is he, I can't pinpoint at the moment as well so we'll have to wait and see with him.
Kwiatkowski stats are too good to be potential of 7 now.

Silvio Herklotz?
I honestly don't know. Rosa maybe, or someone I'd never have guessed. |

And you got the last one.
It's iffy a bit, he has 75 (MO) already so potential of 7 may be too high, but I think he's out of all talents most guaranteed to actually have massive success in the future and for me is a GT winner in years to come.
FroomeDog99 Good shouts there, both are potential of 6.
So so far, potentials 7 are credited to Jungels, Ewan, Dombrowski, Aru and Lutsenko. Quite a select group. Few othersmight join them, we'll have to see.
However many of the talents mentioned here are potential 6, so they aren't far behind.

Sounds great, Alakagom. I'm all in favour of having as few riders as possible with potential 7. Makes very much sense to leave that for riders who haven't broken through yet.
