So apparently, a post with too many bananas can make the server crash. Lesson learned.
My apologies, I didn't know that either.

Crashes everywhere today even this site
Lesson in how to get up off the floor quickly for Wiggins from Nibali, just hope no-one is hurt in any significant way so we can look forward to an ongoing battle.
Really pleased that Hansen won and the winter training camps were worth it https://inrng.tumblr.com/post/38154583...entimeline
Also can we have GT's comprised of 21 medium mountain stages please but a bit less rain?
That blog is hilarious |

fcancellara. It was in a spoiler though, so I find it a bit odd that it crashed the server.

Great to see Adam Hansen get a victory in the Giro considering all the work he has done in the past for the likes of Greipel. The gradients and lengths of the climbs obviously were not enough to shift the power-to-weight ratios in favour of Sella, with the way Hansen was climbing those ascents.
Giro d'Italia - Provisional Top 20 of the General Classification:
1. Benat Intxausti (Movistar) 28h 30' 04" | 2. Vincenzo Nibali (Astana) +05" | 3. Ryder Hesjedal (Garmin - Sharp) +08" | 4. Giampaolo Caruso (Katusha) +10" | 5. Mauro Santambrogio (Vini Fantini) +13" | 6. Cadel Evans (BMC) +16" | 7. Robert Gesink (Blanco) +19" | 8. Ivan Santaromita (BMC) +28" | 9. Pieter Weening (Orica - Greenedge) +29" | 10. Robert Kiserlovski (Radioshack - Leopard Trek) +34" | 11. Samuel Sanchez (Euskaltel - Euskadi) +52" | 12. Steven Kruijswijk (Blanco) +53" | 13. Michele Scarponi (Lampre - Merida) +57" | 14. Poor choice of words on my part.
It was in a spoiler, so it didn't look "annoying". Odd that it crashed the server. |

Unless he posted a million bananas it won't have caused a site crash (if it did then Daily needs a new server desperately, as in right now)

It was partly meant as a joke. However, facts remain:
1. Server went down.
2. Server back up.
3. Everything works - except this Giro thread which is unloadable.
4. Through an admin panel, I delete the post with bananas - and only that one.
5. Thread and site works.
Could be the combination of bananas and spoiler code, though. The latter is slightly bugged

Kelderman 26th in the GC, but has a better TT than 80% of the guys in front of him(normally), so will be in the Top 20 and U25 jersey after tomorrow for sure.
Spoiler No, I can't stop being a Kelderman fanboy

I think Majka is in very good form so he can produce a nice time trial. Will be close for the young clasiffication jersey i believe. |

Just went through his timetrial results in the past. He's bad. Let's hope he surprises.

Majka? Nah, Majka isn't a great TTist in my books.
He's in a good form, I admit, but Wilco can be that 40 seconds faster tomorrow(40 sounds a lot, but it isn't on 55km).
Did the same as Spilak. Couldn't find a single decent long TT result. (also not really prologue)

Slightly bugged? Majorly having to resist purposely trying to break the site now

What are Wiggo's chances tomorrow? Will he get to his usual level or will he continue to suck, even in his speciality? |

Wiggo will win this, I still think.
I'd put Phinney on 2, and Kessiakoff on 3.
After that, it's open for me. Durbridge maybe? Wonder what Evans will do as well...
Spoiler and maybe Kelderman?

Profile tomorrow should suit Kessiakoff well, maybe a little bit too long. But he hasn't been feeling in top shape so far in the Giro, still hope he can produce a good result. |

You know he has only ridden one good timetrial in his whole career?
Gretsch for a top 10 (maybe top 5) aswell. Looked very strong when he attacked on stage 4 I think it was.

Don't expect much from Kessiakoff. He is 100% dedicated to supporting Nibali and will probably save himself for later.
Plus, he hasn't been feeling well during the week. No significant problems as far as I've understood, but he hasn't been on top so far.
