This file tells me a lot of usefull statistics
8 times top 3 Giro d'Italia 
Only 2 podiums (out of 36 podiums) on an individual stage race (one victory TT Italy)
25 podiums came from this races
- Giro d'Italia 8 podiums
- österreich rundfahrt 4 podiums
- Tour of Britain 5 podiums
- Volta a Portugal 3 podiums
- Vuelta a Colombia 5 podiums
Think I just have to race this races  , no more silly one day races for me

Was looking at your free budget earlier today and tried to figure out which steal offer might be from you / which top free agent you would consider. VK was not really my first guess 
I think you'll need a couple of cobblers now to help VK. I have a couple of options available so I'm awaiting your pm

A cheeky bid on Lord Simon that was never going to work and a half-hearted effort on Cav from someone who is obviously not sure why they want him either.
I can deal with that. Eurosport?
Phinney is amazing. Not demanding or greedy in the slightest. <3
Of course it helps that for some reason, nobody else wants him.

and if you did wanted to get rid of Cav, cheap sprinter for me. had nothing to lose

We'll see how it goes, team is expanding now in new directions if I actually get VK. The general thinking behind a cobbler is that we generally waste some race days at the cobblez and I wanted to get rid of that; he is also a strong rouleur and good on hills, so a nice bet for races like Canada Classics or Plouay.
A sprinter (I was thinking save it up for Demare or try to get Nizzolo or Coquard) would have been nice but that guy needs way more firepower then and also interfered with the general BOTD spirit of the team. Of course I also need a replacement for Purito sooner or later so maybe could have gone for that but hey, I'd like to develop my youngsters to good GC riders as well, so reaching out a bit might be good way to get us back to the top. We did have a lot of near-misses imo last season.
@brewers: Phinney is unbelievable cheap, wow, so at least something good came out of that rant. Now he only needs to score. Hope your nan is doing better by now.

Ten riders signed already, six to come. Preparing my team for the Giro, only race that actually matters in a season.
IRL 6 out of 10 already won a stage in the giro, one other did win a stage in Spain.
Aru even won the GC in Spain and became 2nd in the Giro.
Pretty good for a CT team
@Matt17brr thanks for stealing Malori, It was even cheaper to add Aru to my team rather then conserving Malori

You were absolutely right, shonak and knockout.
Still, it's kinda fair and I won't complain. As long as those steal attempts are from teams stepping up to WT or new teams in CT, everything's fine with me as this was intentional.
Hint: Most of you stealers still were unsuccessful. Now go for negotiations about those riders you want.
EDIT: BE CAREFUL! If you sort the "DB" columns, it also changes the "Renewals" and "PM" sheet. So don't change anything in "DB" after starting to fill in the renewals sheet. Is there any chance to change this bikex?
