Going to build a second squad, a Spanish one(since I got Benzema & Busquets out one of those free packs).
Any cheap recommedations?
Going to play 4-5-1(with wingers)

La Liga.
Considered Turan, but he's too slow to be a left midfielder. In 4-2-3-1(which I'm actually playing, I forget to say that ), Turan would be a winger, which isn't a good idea with 73(?) pace.

I just played my first game with a (atm rubbish) La Liga line-up.
I can't believe I didn't make a new team earlier. It's so refreshing to see fresh, new names
Only having 3 good players atm(Busquets, Benzema & Khedira), who I already owned. The rest is 80- I believe 
Oh wait, except for Alba.

depends how good are you
4-5-1 is for really skilled guys
for noobs and medium players 4-1-2-1-2 or 4-3-3 because on counterattacks they can score if 2-3 passes are succesful
4-5-1 isn't for counterattack
3-5-2 is a good counterattack formation and strong on center but if you aren't skilled at tackling you will loose easily
in defense you need CB from 185 cm higher
varane and pepe have 190+ cm 70 and 74 pace which is decent
courtois is a verry good gk
juanfran is verry decent as RB
coentrao as LB
you need tall RB/LB because at some air duels your RB/LB will jump against your oponent ST which is verry tal most of the time
CDM you can choose casemiro which is more good then khedira
jese rodriguez is awesome as LM
buy jese because in few days the prices will go higher
some received 10 free packs where 5 packs had tradable cards
i received just that 5 free packs untradable
too late jese was at 8k in the morning after market lowered most of the prices
now he is at 23-24k
but if want to dream on a 4-5-1

Thanks for those suggestions.
I'm decent. On Fifa 13, I always played Division 1, but now, on FIfa 14, I'm just switching between 2 & 3. Had a bad period where I dropped to division 4 once as well(I'm ashamed of that  ).
I saw jese Rodriguez, but he was too expensive for me, I was planning on a low budget team to start with.
I only recieved 5 untradable packs as well.

Actually, I quite like 4-5-1, especially with Ibrahimovic(He isn't in La Liga, I know.) But I much prefer a formation with x-x-1-1, instead of more than 1 as an out and out striker.

As Bremen supporter I tried to make a team with Bremen players only. Then had to realize that Bremen sucked big times in the last few years, so it was only possible with silver players.
Unfortunately there is nothing like CD -> LD as Bremen has 4 excellent central defender but only 1 weak LD even though one of those CD is playing LD in real.
Gold Team I made a German Bundesliga team around the 4-5 German players, that are Gold.
If anybody also created a Bundesliga team, Adrian Ramos is a really good player. Quick, good header, good shot, good dribbling and much much cheaper than Lewandowski or Mandzukic. |
