Vanmarcke rode 30 laps on the Roubaix Velodrome last weekend, seems he doesn't want to make the same mistake again.

That wouldn't make much sense. Lampre and Vaconsoleil could have be more likely. Any link to the source of that rumour?

It's from El Correo apparently, I don't have a link (I'm not a Spanish speaker), but some of the main cycling reporters have tweeted about it. |

Positive aspect : no more foes about which team is the worst of the two, doping-wise. 
Negative aspect : aren't there enough fluo jersey in the peloton already ? |

Would be good as far as both teams can get rid of the dead weight they've been carrying about the last year or so. (Thinking of Radochla amongst others).
If this merge does happen I think I'm going to need sunglasses just to look at their jersey. |

Izagirre brothers, Astarloza, Landa, Nieve and Sanchez all still have contracts for 2014 with the license holder so they would be part of the merging team

I think Lampre and Vaconsoleil doesnt make any sence since Lampre is a Team mainly of climbers and punchers and imo Euskatel has more to offer in that disciplines than Vaconsoleil. |
