National Championships
In our two races, there wasn't much luck for the team as we didn't break into the top five in either. Aasvold performed decently to get 10th in the TT and Enger did well considering his condition to take 8th in the Road Race. Here's who got their country's national titles across the world:
Country | RR | TT | | Oscar Gatto | Dario Cataldo | | Alejandro Valverde | Luis Léon Sanchez Gil | | Nacer Bouhanni | Sylvain Chavanel | | Lars Boom | Stef Clement | | Marcel Kittel | Tony Martin | | Mark Cavendish | Chris Froome | | Matthias Frank | Matthias Frank | | Edvald Boasson Hagen | Alexander Kristoff | | Ivan Rovny | Ilnur Zakarin | | Adrian Honkisz | Majec Bodnar | | Alex Rasmussen | Brian Bach Vandborg | | Ryder Hesjedal | Svein Tuft | | Peter Sagan | Matej Jurco | | David McCann | Matthew Brammeier | | Clemens Fankhauser | Matthias Brandle | | Jiri Hochmann | Leopold Konig | | Yukiya Arashiro | Fumiyuki Beppu | | Ben Hermans | | | Manuel Antonio Leal Cardoso | | | Gustav Erik Larsson | | | Bob Jungels | | | Aidis Kruopis | | | Emanuel Kislerovski | | | Vitaly Popkov | |

Yep, there were some strange results (though Sagan and Jurco were the wrong way around, corrected) |

WorldTour Rankings
Vincenzo Nibali takes over the lead at the top of the rankings from after he stormed to a dominant victory at his home Grand Tour, the Giro d'Italia. Joaquim Rodriguez and Tom Boonen both drop a place to complete the top three.
Omega Pharma - Quickstep stay atop the rankings despite not scoring many points recently, as Katusha and Sky lay behind with some expected big scorers in the upcoming Grand Tours.
1 | Vincenzo Nibali | Astana Pro Team | 571 | 2 | Joaquim Rodriguez | Katusha Team | 436 | 3 | Tom Boonen | Omega Pharma - Quickstep Cycling Team | 344 | 4 | Tejay Van Garderen | BMC Racing Team | 270 | 5 | Dan Martin | Garmin - Sharp | 247 |

Continental Rankings
Fabio Duarte takes over the lead in the Individual Rankings thanks to the Colombian's recent Route du Sud victory. Stefan Schumacher retains his second place while Jonathan Hivert lies in third, after winning the Glava Tour in May. Our best rider is Enger in 84th.
Meanwhile, NetApp - Endura move into first place in the Teams' Ranking, after a great couple of months. RusVelo sit in a surprising second place, and recent leaders Cofidis move down to third. We sit in 55th, with aspirations of moving into the top fifty.
1 | Fabio Andres Duarte Arevalo | Colombia | 550 | 2 | Stefan Schumacher | Christina Watches - Onfone | 546 | 3 | Jonathan Hivert | Sojasun | 447 | 4 | Davy Commeyne | Accent.Jobs - Wanty | 383 | 5 | Manuel Antonio Leal Cardoso | Caja Rural - Seguros RGA | 369 | 84 | Sondre Holst Enger | Team Plussbank | 159 |

CQ Ranking
The CQ Rankings are also topped by Vincenzo Nibali, ahead of classic dominators Joaquim Rodriguez and Tom Boonen, of which Rodriguez should be able to score the most points with the Vuelta a Espana starting soon. Our best rider, once again Enger, sits in 216th.
The Teams' Ranking also emulates the WorldTour one, with Omega Pharma - Quickstep leading the way thanks to their cobble domination earlier in the season. Sky and Astana trail them by about 500 points, which could be made up with some good results. We sit in 78th, which is decent for the moment.
1 | Vincenzo Nibali | Astana Pro Team | 2417 | 2 | Joaquim Rodriguez | Katusha Team | 1494 | 3 | Tom Boonen | Omega Pharma - Quickstep Cycling Team | 1136 | 4 | Mark Cavendish | Omega Pharma - Quickstep Cycling Team | 1036 | 5 | Tejay Van Garderen | BMC Racing Team | 1004 | 216 | Sondre Holst Enger | Team Plussbank | 179 |

As we move into July, we are now able to sign announce new riders. After young Tom Selnaes joined as a Trainee earlier in the season, we are now proud to announce two new riders who will ride for us next year!
Firstly, we needed more hilly cover for next year, as the squad tries to mount a promotion push. Our first signing should bring that to the team, first to be announced today is the experienced Danish rider, Anders Lund! Coming from WorldTour team Saxo - Tinkoff, he will be the first non-Norwegian ever to ride for the team next season, as the team looks to expand.
Second up though is perhaps an even bigger signing for the team. Enger cannot race everywhere, and we felt we needed another quality sprinter to help get results wherever we travel. Therefore I am proud to announce that we have signed Kristoffer Skjerping! The young Norwegian should add another dimension to the team, when he joins in 2014 from Joker.
They both sign on two-year deals, making that three signings for the team. Whether more come in remains to be seen... |

Even loosing kom jersey it was one great overall result for Plussbank at OberöspamKomandintermediatesprints tour...
I still wonder why Portugal doesn´t have TT NC´s anymore...
I think its quite realistic those Plussbank rankings and with these great new signs, i´m sure things will only get better..
Keep this great story running, doing great.

@ 547894 & MrTeamSky - Thanks, hope you keep following
@ Baia - Things will hopefully improve next season as you say, so I'll definitely keep this going
@ Sutty - Thanks, hopefully they do well for the team in future!
@ Valverde - Good that you're still following, and thanks I'm sure he'll do well for the team.
Thanks all for following, it really helps with motivation. I won't be able to do an update today, one should be done for the end of the weekend. |

Thanks, I hope he does well.
GP Internacional Torres Vedras - Trofeo Joaquim Agostino [2.2]
22nd June - 24th June, 2013
After a bit of a break, the team returns for the last few months of the season to try and finish strongly. For this hilly stage race, Enger returns while Lunke and Hoem should provide decent support to him.
Stage 1
Stage one is a hilly prologue around the town of Terras Vedras, which gives a good chance to time trialers to start the race well.
Our best finisher today is Aasvold who rides his timetrial well to take a good 6th place. Hoem also puts in a good performance to finish 9th.
Neither could beat Efapel's Sousa though, who takes a surprise victory for the home favourites to lead the race going into the two hilly stages.
1 | Sérgio Ferreira Sousa | Efapel - Glassdrive | 12'09 | 2 | Hugo Manuel Madeira Sabido | LA Aluminios - Antarte | s.t. | 3 | Chad Haga | Optum p/b Kelly Benefit Strategies | + 1 | 4 | Ricardo Augusto Afonso Vilela | Efapel - Glassdrive | + 2 | 5 | Bruno Duarte Ferreira Silva | LA Aluminios - Antarte | s.t. |
Stage 2
The easier of the two hilly stages still ends with a hard final kilometer, with gradients of over 12%, which should see an exciting finish.
Well within the last ten kilometers a group of four attacks from a depleted peloton. They are kept within distance but still have a gap going into the steep final kilometer. Back in the bunch, Enger is in fourth wheel.
The gap is eventually shut, but a rider from the quartet still takes the win; Haga (Optum) celebrates as he wins the sprint! That puts him into the leaders jersey going into tomorrow's final stage, before which Enger is in 11th overall after a 10th placed finish today.
1 | Chad Haga | Optum p/b Kelly Benefit Strategies | 4h12'03 | 2 | Rui Miguel Barbosa Sousa | Efapel - Glassdrive | s.t. | 3 | Magno Prado Nazaret | Funvic Brasilinvest - São José | s.t. | 4 | Vegard Breen | Joker - Merida | s.t. | 5 | Sérgio Ferreira Sousa | Efapel - Glassdrive | s.t. |
Stage 3
The final stage is today, held on a circuit which contains a slope of 16% gradient! That should be enough to shake off the sprinters before a downhill finish.
It is a frantic day, on which Rui Sousa takes another victory for Efapel. GC leader Haga also finishes in the front group of four to win the race, which attacked midway through the stage.
Enger missed the front group but pushed on hard to finish a distant seventh, 2'22" behind which at least puts him into the final overall top five.
Overall, not a great race for us but I'll take a top five and some fitness gains going into the final few races, including two big home races for the team.
1 | Rui Miguel Barbosa Sousa | Efapel - Glassdrive | 2h41'32 | 2 | Hugo Manuel Madeira Sabido | LA Aluminios - Antarte | s.t. | 3 | Chad Haga | Optum p/b Kelly Benefit Strategies | s.t. | 4 | Luis Filipe Silva Fernandes | OFM - Quinta Da Lixa | s.t. | 5 | David Da Silva Livramento | Banco Bic - Carmim | + 1'59 |
Final GC
1 | Chad Haga | Optum p/b Kelly Benefit Strategies | 7h05'31 | 2 | Rui Miguel Barbosa Sousa | Efapel - Glassdrive | s.t. | 3 | Hugo Manuel Madeira Sabido | LA Aluminios - Antarte | + 7 | 4 | David Da Silva Livramento | Banco Bic - Carmim | + 2'27 | 5 | Sondre Holst Enger | Team Plussbank | + 2'45 |
