Westra last part was just amazing..way faster then anybody else so far
Martin was even faster on the last part.
TT bike on the last descent seems to be a good choice.
Bike change then..classic Ullrich 1997 move. Beat he's rivals with 3 min. (was it?) |

Izaguirre also changed bikes, apparently. Clearly seems to be a winning move.

But I wonder if they will allow the riders to get pushed by the mechanics when they change bikes in the roundabout on the second climb. Normally it is not allowed - but Tony Martin got a big push when he switched. |

They are said to be after Sagan and Tejay has high wage already. So can they possibly afford Sagan, Gilbert, Tejay and another GC star?

Froome-bot is acting like a sissy.Grow a pair n man up #####.Ur the maillot jaune u should expect others to attack you(especially cause there are only a few places ur can gain time agst Froome-bot).
I think what really pissing him off is he was expecting a easy ride to paris(like Wiggins last year). Was not really looking to put up such effort b4 a TT.
On another note does any1 know what is Froome-bot specializtion???

I think a guy like Hushovd has a pretty high salary too.
My guess; Evans to Orica. |

Evans has another year on his contract.
After that he might retire

Well I get what you mean, and of course Contador is allowed to attack, but he should never bring other riders in danger with his attacking. He could've swept Froome off of his bike and got him out of the Tour. (Maybe we would like it, but it's not right)
Froome is free to let him go if he thinks Contador is taking risks. Nobody is forcing him to sit right on his wheel.
A journalist said this to him and he responded something along the lines of: 'Yes why don't I go and give him the yellow jersey then'
I mean come on, losing even 30 seconds out of your 4 and a half minutes advantage isn't going to do much damage, especially if you start smashing Pantani's/Armstrong's times on Alpe d'Huez a couple of days after
Meh. Froome is obviously going to follow Contador. He doesn't have a problem with following his attacks, he didn't have a problem with it yesterday. He can follow him, dodge his mistakes and drag him back to the group.
I mean, yesterday Cont tried to drop him, couldn't so pushed past his limit and nearly took them both out the tour. That is what Froome isn't happy about. I think he was also pretty pissed that Alberto caused it, yet it was Froome whom had to get a man back and do all the work to drag back. |
