Millar was born in Malta and the Isle of Man isn't part of the United Kingdom, although de facto kinda is.

The Isle of Man is part of the UK in as much as Northern Ireland and the Channels Islands, not part of Great Britain but part of the United Kingdom. |

Last time I checked the IoM was a Crown Dependency, and as such not officially part of the United Kingdom. Same for the Channel Islands. Could be wrong though.

Actually its neither in the UK or GB, but part of the British Isles, which is wierd because they represent Great Britain in the Olympics |

Wanna bet more people/riders will hate Voeckler for attacking on a day that "the peloton" (Team Sky actually) wanted to ride quietly all the way to the finish ? |

Wiggins lived in Belgium for 2 years and then spent the rest of his life in England, plus he had an English mum. Sure he isn't fully British, but he's pretty close.
EDIT: On the Millar issue, his father was in the RAF and was on a tour of duty in Malta when he was born
Also didn't realise Dan Martin was born in England too.

Dan Martin is Irish. So just being born there oesn't make you it. There is only one British rider who was bron in Great Britian in the race, Cummings.

You know that Daniel Martin was born in UK right ( born in Birmingham) ? He changed his nationality to Irish because of few problems between him and British Cycling I believe.

Yes, so he is not British (anymore).
He is part Irish anyway, no?
