Okay, fine by me. But for ones that are like easy/medium, then if it is guessed soon it is easy and if it takes a while medium. Is that okay?

The difficulty on the picture should change based on the time it took to be guessed only if someone post it's between medium and easy or medium and hard. If he says it's medium for sure then it should stay medium.
