What the heck did Sky do there? With 1km to go Hagen and Cavendish went away. Next shot, Cavendish way behind.
Makes no sense.
It looks like everyone underestimated this rise. Goss went too early for example.

Goss went a little too early. If he's gonna win it's gotta be from his train not from his pure speed.

On the front too early had to drop back but lost too many places then had to come from way back... |

One of the Lampre guys just plowed into Farrar with his shoulder. As if there wasn't enough crashes, they had to cause another one?

And what the heck was Farrar doing? Trying to lean on Veelers and then just face plants basically onto the ground.
Greipel actually smashes into Sagan and knocks him over....

He's riding. The Lampre guy pulls off and hits him with his shoulder. Couldn't handle the pace? He was right back on it after Farrar was trampled.

No way, they're a big budget Anglo team. If they were a small Italian team you'd have 34074036 tweets calling them names.

No!
Farrar was leaning on Veelers and then Veelers/ Argos Train sped up. Farrar had nothing to lean on, and flopped onto the ground. I just watched the replay.

Can I just put it out there? This has already been a better race than the Giro.
