Sebastien Hinualt suffering through the TDF
Sebastien Hinualt has majorly disapointed, only gaining one tope ten so far far Ag2r La Mondiale.
Apparently he has had Flu like symptoms that he thought would go away through rideing, but have only gotten worse- "I just kept riding, but I couldn't hold wheels or anything. Tough, and it still is." Then he babbled in French.
His team, Ag2r, have released a statement- "Sebastien has been ill though the first week of the Tour. He was running a very high fever and was struggling to turn over the pedals. Even in his interview he had to sit and rest. He can barely see right now. Sebastien is a fighter and a great rider, no reports of him abandoning are true, at least yet."
On the thoughts of abandoning, Hinault commented- "As of right now [spits out green stuff and coughs a lot] I have no plan on giving up. In any other race, I'd be gone, but the Tour is special. However, the mountains are the worst, and as the saying goes, 'the Tour waits for no one'. I'm going to try my best though." Then he babbled more in French.
Going into the first time trial on stage ten after the rest day, timing may help the Frenchman, but only time will tell.

In case anyone was wondering why I have done these features instead of stages:
My PCM keeps crashing. I have no idea why. I'm trying to look into it and fix it. Hopefully I will have it fixed by the weekend. The problem is it's crashing sporadically, not at a certain time (entering 3d, viewing calender, etc) so I can't figure out what's wrong.
In the mean time, I'll try to do mroe "features", as it is the first rest day in game and I'm trying to make this somewhat realistic. PM me if you have a suggestion you would like to share. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for the support.

In the meantime...
More speculations on the condition of Ag2r's team members has surfaced. Hubert Dupont is the next to catch the mystery illness. No interviews have been planned, but the word is that Dupont's in worse condition than Hinault, and his Tour is in major jeopardy. He will, like Hinault, take the time trial easy, but getting to the historical Champs Elysees in Paris 11 stages from now is far from a formality for the Frenchmen. The team can only hope Jean Christophe Peraud and Nicolas Roche, as well as all the other squad members do not get infected.
Ag2r are far from the only team with troubles also. Team Sky's Chris Froome suffered a dislocated should and sprained wrist in a crash in stage 9, and is questionable to start the TT. Froome is supposed to be the major mountain domestique for Wiggins, who needs support against a rider like Mailot Jaune Cadel Evans. We'll see the end result tomorrow.

Keep it simple by just posting the people who either do well on the stage or the GC contenders and their times and a little comment like Wiggins puts in a great ride smashing to the top of the provisional rankings with a time of 57'04. Then at the bottom post the results. It isn't the most exciting reporting style however I find it gets the job done. |

So less guys than the Prologue? Obviously I won't do all my guys like then, but like JCP, Nico, Canc, LLS, Martin, Wiggins, and Evans?

I think this would be enough. Oh, and I like your story, keep the reports coming. |

I just do any of the riders I feel are important (stage or GC wise). I usually do 9-10 riders but I tend to get carried away, and I assume most readers like less.

It's over. The save corrupted and makes me start at stage 1. I am really pissed. I made a change to Bouet's stats in an editor and the file corrupted. I don't think there is a way to fix it.That's it. Sorry.

You know where the save's are? If not, go to My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2012/User/your user name/Database/Solo/The Db You use and then delete the ~ from the save name. |

Bang! I restored the previous version and we are all good. Bouet doesn't need up one TT that much anyway.
I will play the TT now.
Sorry this story has been so rocky, I'm just trying to fight through it.

yay
also my advice for reporting the TT;
just make notes and take pics of all the possible winners, those with TT over 75 i find usually works.
then you only need to write up 2-3 of those
also id follow the top 5 on gc (or main contenders) for a quick note, not necessarily a pic.
TT's are tricky, but if people care about the story they'll read.

Well remember that Riblon is still in second, should I include him? (I'm playing right now)

Well, I now know why my PCM was crashing, and still is. It's because of the 3 checkpoint course in V1 that causes a crash and random riders to appear at the first checkpoint. So when I tested outside of the stage, it works, but not this stage. What should I do. I though maybe I should play the final TT in single stage mode to take screens and then detailed sim the stage?
