Here you have some stats about one of the best riders in the world at the moment, Arnoud Augereau.
2025:
- 1st Giro d'Italia Point Classification
- 1st Tour de France Point Classification
- 1st Tour de France KoM Classification
- 1st CQ-ranking
2026:
- 1st Santon Tour Down Under
- 1st Milan-Sanremo
- 1st Giro d'Italia Point Classification
- 1st Tour de France Point Classification
- 2nd CQ-Ranking
- 3rd World Championship RR
2027:
- 1st Giro d'Italia Point Classification
- 1st Vuelta A Espana Point Classification
- 2nd Paris Roubaix
To sum up;
- 3 Giro point Jerseys in a row
- Point- and KoM-Jerseys in the Tour in the same season
- Has won all three Point-Jerseys in the Grand Tours
I love this rider basically because he is "young" compared to many others who are actually winning something. At the moment, it would take a real sensation for someone to beat any of the GT-records, because no one can win a Grand Tour before the age of 29-30 no matter what their stats are.
Juan Pablo Balencia had 83 in MO at the age of 25... He is now 34 and has won 2 Grand Tours, the Giro and the Tour. That's it and he has now started declining. I'll have the summary of the 2027-season up by tomorrow. I am just teasing you with this.

How could he win the KoM classification with 63 in MO? Interesting fact about the older riders... looking forward to the next review!

Came back to this story after few days and missed Polish RR champion in 2025 and ITT champion in 2026 - can you please show the stats of Jozef Poplawski and Kaczar?
Second thing - can you please show the current rooster of WT teams? With a reference how they've been called originally, so we would actually know who is who? |

The teams have probably changed so much that there is no real conection to the original teams in 2012...
EDIT: I guess I was wrong

Velo d'Or:
1. Ismael Rovira (ESP)
2. Jason Mills (AUS)
3. Juan Pablo Balencia (ESP)
Having not won a Grand Tour since 2023 when Juan Carlos del Bosque took the Vuelta, the Spaniards were getting impatient. After seeing Italy and Germany using Europe as their own playground, Spain took revenge, not just by winning a Grand Tour, but by winning all three. "Newcomer" Ismael Rovira took the double in Italy and Spain, while Juan Pablo Balencia ended the German dominance in France.
The Italians will probably be very dissapointed, especially with their performance in the Giro. Getting 5 riders in the Top 6 is usually fantastic, but when you can't get the top spot, it's not so fun.
While some riders, such as Cinzia and Vasiliauskas, can look back at a dissapointing season, others will have much fonder memories. Australian Jason Mills has shot up like a rocket all the way from Down Under and took Tirreno-Adriatico and Liege-Bastogne-Liege aswell as getting the 2nd place behind Rovira in the Velo d'Or.
Belgian classic specialist Tosh van der Sande retired this season. He leaves a trail of great results behind him, most notably the record for most wins in Ronde van Vlaanderen. He wasn't as dominating in his last season, but he did manage to come first in Gent-Wevelgem.

Stats of Tosh van der Sande. It odd that he retires, he is still quite good compared to the other cobbled-riders.

If I had the datata base I'd edit him back in, but that would ruin the purpose of the story.
