UCI has appealed Alex Rasmussen's whereabouts case. The case will now go to the international sports court, CAS.
Alex Rasmussen was first acquitted, in the first case, and was given the green light from the Garmin team to ride for them next season, but unfortunately for him UCI didn't accept the judgement. How the Garmin team will react on the appeal is still unknown.
