Are your sure? Do you have a link or something? That'd mean that the Vuelta starts in late July, which would be a suicide, so there must be a mistake somewhere.
Bretagne-Schuller will ride in the second division next year, which is the Continental Pro level at the moment (but I think divisions name will change with the Pro Tour vanishing, right ?).
