I get all for free, how about that? Because I live in a country that doesn't include 99% of paid taxes is given to the military (U.S.), but that taxes go for free health sytem and free school system
So are you happy or upset about it?

You need to seriously figure out how you'll repay that. I saw a very disturbing program on RT about US student loan debts. You may want to check it out:

Has everyone here to pay for studying?
The university costs me around 200€ a year, and every month, i get around 650 € from the government...
Where are you, can someone survive only knowing english there, hypothetically would a Canadian also get paid to go to school there, and how rough of a neighborhood/city is it?
The neighborhood is quite nice. But you have to know a bit german. We have lots of chinese, Indian, russian, brasilian people studying here.

Where I live, government gives you no money but student loans which you can take out to pay for University have very little interest and peopke pay them back once they are out of Uni and have a job. But when I get out of school I'm going to be trying to get a Full or Partial scholarship

My school costs 1900 euros a year, and the government pays every single student €100 a month, and if your parents don't earn a lot you can get an extra€250 a month. I get €190, just enough to cover my expenses...
However books are expensive as well, over the last 2 years I had to buy books worth €1600...
If you fail to complete your study the money given to you will have to be given back on low interest, and the money given to you from your 5th year (4 year long study) will automatically be a low interest loan...
Next year things'll change... New students won't get any free money anymore... Consider me lucky...

Hopefully I get a high enough paying job where I can afford $900 monthly payments.

That's a great thing about the new system in the UK. Until you are earning a certain amount (i think it's around the £20'000 mark) you pay back exactly 0! So if you graduate, or don't graduate, you do not pay anything back until you have a real job. Even then after 30 years the debt is wiped away regardless of how much you've paied or still owe.
The downsides being the slightly higher interest rates and the fact the government can change the rules whenever they like... But it's education for all without crippling anyone

There are certain programs here that you can qualify for to hold payments even longer, but I am pretty sure the interest will continue to build up though

Doesnt your school have a library? We had books for nearly everyone (maybe 10-30% were left without but I was always fast and got what I needed). I think I only needed to spend about 50€/year on books.

Ehm... Nope...
You might be lucky enough to loan a book, but you have to return it before the school closes for the day...
We're just given a list and they say: Good luck buying them, and secondhand books may not be good enough...

In Groningen we do have a library, but since there aren't nearly enough books for 240 students we have to buy them. Still, I'm quite lucky with ~€500 per year book costs.

I'm confused. So you could just not pay it at all and after 30 years you would get away Scott free?

If you never find a job that pays above 21k throughout your 30 years, you don't have to pay anything back from the uni fees.
But come to think of it, if you go to a British uni if you'd don't get a job over 21k then you are doing quite badly, no offence to anyone

I thought amish internet consisted of carrier pigeons and shouting?
Everything is going great; all my unanswered questions about my thesis are now a thing of the past, I had a great last race of the season (see runners thread), FIFA is about to be released and on a crowded bus I copped a feel.

No no, the pigeons is how us Admins communicate, we've covered this before.

I'm not Amish. I just live with a...dense population of Mennonites/Amish. Like 50% of households outside of my "town" are just aforementioned farmers.
And I don't live in the same place anymore. I live in a secluded mansion now, just really close by.
