I'm not sure if I can apply a rider but now seems as good a time as any, and I've been wanting to get active on these forums.

I would be very interested in joining this game. Both as a manager, and as 3 riders.
How/when can I join? According to the manager application thread there is open for application, but it is last edited in november of 2014 so I am unsure as to whether or not I can join.
