If the rider you want to steal is saved by the manager, you can only lose one of your leaders, but not gain a replacement? That makes no sense.
Oh and should we send 1 PM with both the round 28 draft list and the rider-swapping selection?

Contract length wont change. If it was 3years it stays 3 years etc.

Oh, really?
Didn't take that in account, thought that it was two years, since 27 was 3 years, 28A was 1 year, so 28B 2 years...

This is a fun idea though: everyone will protect their leaders, and because of that everyone will try to steal semi-leaders. Now because of that everyone will protect their semi-leaders, so everyone will steal leaders. That is a circle which will never end

It's either a vicious circle or a virtuous circle depending on how you look at it

While this is a fun idea, I think it should be limited to 2 riders per team, otherwise some teams will have 30 riders and some teams will end up with 24 riders if they are unlucky. Which then would ruin their chances to be competitive through the whole season. |

But someone could steal him ahead of you...
