Lillestrøm -
Elverum 168km
The third stage is almost pancake flat. The perfect opportunity for the sprinters to win a stage!
Edvald Boasson Hagen (HAI ), Alexander Kristoff (TUG ) and Tom Veelers (TAM )
Oscar Freire (TAM ), Heinrich Haussler (TCW ), Kenny van Hummel (DOM ), Thor Hushovd (TUG ) and Daryl Impey (TCW )
Leonardo Duque (TAM ), Nico Eeckhout (LPU ), Sebastien Hinault (TAM ) (NAC ), Elia Favilli (BUL ), Mikhaylo Khalilov (PER ), Jose Joaquin Rojas , Chris Sutton (CAT ) and Steele Von Hoff (TCW )
168km to go
112 riders are starting today, they get less every day. Will there be another crash today which eliminates some favourites?
140km to go
We have a 10 men in the break at the moment. Who are they?:Iino (NAC ), Rasmussen (TCS ), Sybrandy (AXA ), Dempster (TCW ), Martinez (BUL ), Pipp (CSC ), Bodnar (SEP ), Khalilov (PER ), Fenn (ITV ) and Knopf (RBM ). Their lead is 1 and a half minute.
102km to go
The intermediate sprint in the middle of nowhere is won by Knopf , who is also virtual GC-leader now. The gap between the break and the peleton is 6 minutes.
33km to go
And the Austrian also wins the next sprint easily. The gap was 8 minutes, but is down to 6 minutes now. Will the peleton, which has no organized chase now, catch them?
20km to go
Tulip-Guinness and Haier are doing work at the front of the peleton every day, and they are also doing it today. Tha gap is already down to 3 minutes with 20 kilometers to go!
15km to go
The gap is about 2 minutes now, which means Knopf isn't the virtual leader anymore. He is very angry about that, and attacks!
12km to go
But he gets caught because Fenn does some work for the current GC-leader and teammate Cronshaw . The peleton can see the break.
8000m to go
They are caught, but Sybrandy is not giving up. He attacks with the hope to stay in front.
6000m to go
The mass sprint is not certain yet. Sybrandy is still in front. Bauer (TCW ) and Stybar (PER ) are doing a counter-attack.
5000m to go
Sybrandy is caught. Stybar is the current leader, but the peleton, led by Tulip-Guinness , is very close.
2000m to go
Stybar is caught. Two trains have formed, one by Tulip-Guinness and one by TAP-Michelin
1000m to go
1 km to go. Yesterday's winner Veelers (TAM ) is launched by his team-mate Hinault . Kristoff (TUG ) is about to come out of Hushovd 's wheel.
500m to go
The Dutchman is not going to win again, he is loosing speed. Spanish champion Rojas (NAC ) is on the right, Kristoff is next to him and Haussler (TCW ) is on the other side of the road. Or could Boasson Hagen (HAI ) win with an amazing pull!
0m to go
It's Boasson Hagen who wins it just in front of Kristoff . Rojas claims third and Haussler finishes fourth. Vantomme (LPU ), Van Hummel (DOM ) and Freire (TAM ) finish fifth, sixht and seventh. The top 10 is completed by Sutton (CAT ), Favilli (BUL ) and Veelers .
No crashes in the race today, so PCM decided to crash
Stage:
Only the top 25. Everyone finished inside the peleton except Rabon (HAI , puncture), Lewis (TAM ), Vrecer (RBM ), Hayakawa (NAC ) and Gaywood (ITV ).

Hamar -
Lillehammer 197km
After 3 flat stages, we enter some hills today. The chances of a mass sprint are almost 0, but you never know. Will the favourites attack or can the break go untill the end?
Edvald Boasson Hagen (HAI ), Dries Devenyns (LPU ) and Rinaldo Nocentini (PER )
Oscar Freire (TAM ), Egoi Martinez (BUL ), Lars Petter Nordhaug (HAI ), Kanstantsin Siutsou (PER ) and Pieter Weening (DOM )
Ben Hermans (LPU ), Thor Hushovd (TUG ), Elia Favilli (BUL ), Karsten Kroon (DOM ), Daniele Ratto (BUL ), Jose Joaquin Rojas (NAC ), Nicki Sørensen (TCS ) and Zdenek Stybar (PER )
197km to go
The ones who are better in the hills are happy today. A lot of hills, and a lot of mountain points to collect today. It's raining today, which could affect the race. Let's go!
161km to go
There are a lot of attacks in the first part of the race. After 35 kilometers, riders are still attacking. It's chaotic out here. All we know is that someone from Haier wins the first mountain sprint.
103km to go
We hope the chaos is gone now. Jørgensen from Tulip-Guinnesss wins the first intermediate sprint. With him in the break are: Vitorino (HAI ), who won the first mountain sprint and will win the next one, Duque (TAM ), Stybar (PER ), Shimizu , Manan (both NAC ), Ponzi (LPU ), Mannion (CSC ), Clarke (AXA ), Rast (CAT ) and Impey (TCW ). 45 seconds behind them is a group with Van Hummel (DOM ), Balck (SEP ), Vrecer (RBM ) and Nybö (TUG ). 5 minutes behind them is the peleton.
90km to go
Ponzi grabs the next mountain sprint. Manan drops out of the break and is now in the chasing group, where Vrecer couldn't hold on.
84km to go
But the next one is again for Vitorino . Jørgensen and Rast are 30 seconds behind the break. 1 and a half minute behind them are Van Hummel and Nybö . 30 seconds behind them are Manan and Balck . About 2 minutes behind them is Vrecer , who only has a 1 minute lead over the peleton, which is lead by ITV . 10th in the GC Hunt (CAT ) has a puncture and is not able to return to the peleton.
57km to go
Norwegians at their best. This mountain sprint, won by Clarke , is also an intermediate sprint. Apparently they couldn't decide which sprint it was going to be. The current situation:
Break-3:00 Jørgensen /Rast -4:00 van Hummel -5:45 peleton
Veelers (TAM ), number 8 in the GC and stage winner, is somewhere behind the peleton.
41km to go
Vitorino wins the next mountain sprint, which is just a mountain sprint. All chasers have been caught by the remaining peleton, which is 5 minutes behind the leaders. Number 6 in the GC Lampier (AXA ) couldn't follow their pace and is somewhere behind it now.
25km to go
The first rider to attack is Rojas (NAC ). His teammate Shimizu dropped out of the break. The gap with the break still around 5 minutes. However, there is a group behind the peleton with leader Cronshaw , white jersey wearer Faiers (both ITV ), fourth and fifth placed Kreder (TCS ) and Maaskant , and pre-race favourite Karsten Kroon (both DOM ). Lewis (TAM ) had a nasty fall, but is back on the bike.
20km to go
It's chaos again ladies and gentleman! People attack and the break is in pieces. Vitorino wins the mountain sprint. He and Stybar are the 2 leaders now. Here is the current situation as far as we know:
E1-0:25 Ponzi -0:45 Impey -1:30 Mannion , Clarke and Duque -4:30 Shimizu , Rojas and Devenyns (LPU )-5:00 peleton-6:30 group Cronshaw
18km to go
Attack by Boasson Hagen (HAI )!
10km to go
10 kilometers to go for the 2 leaders in this raining, exciting and chaotic race. Boasson Hagen , Rojas and Devenyns have been caught. The current situation:
E1-1:00 Impey and Ponzi -2:25 Clarke , Duque and Clarke -4:30 peleton with 31 cyclists left.
5000m to go
These 2 will be sprinting for the victory. The chaser are more than a minute behind and the peleton more than 4 minutes.
0m to go
Vitorino shows Stybar who is the better climber! He rides away at the final 'hill' of today and wins the stage! The Czech finishes 24 seconds behind him, he was completely empty. Now we are awating the chasers and the peleton.
Sorry, we couldn't show the arrival of the chasers, but here is the peleton. Rojas wins the sprint and finishes eight. Devenyns is ninth and Boasson Hagen is tenth. And that's all the time we have for today. We know that some people, including GC-leader Cronshaw are still on the road.
Let's take a look at the results
Stage:
Vitorino wins solo today. The peleton finished 4 minutes and 24 seconds behind him. Cronshaw finished 8 minutes behind him. Rousseau (TAM ) abandoned today.

Why the hell did the peloton not work to try and bring Vitorino back?
I'm guessing it's Rojas karma - destined to come fourth

Meh... no rider in the break and they don't even chase them down...
At least Favilli and Castroviejo are in top 10 GC now.

Gjøvik -
Hønefoss 165km
The last stage is classified as hilly. A few local laps around Hønefoss should decide who wins today's stage and who will win the GC. But are it the sprinters, the favourites or the break? We will find out!
Edvald Boasson Hagen (HAI ), Oscar Freire (TAM ) and Rinaldo Nocentini (PER )
Dries Devenyns (LPU ), Elia Favilli (BUL ), Thor Hushovd (TUG ), Lars Petter Nordhaug (HAI ) and Jose Joaquin Rojas (NAC )
Jonathan Castroviejo (BUL ), Heinrich Haussler (TCW ), Ben Hermans (LPU ), Samuel Love (TAM ), Egoi Martinez (BUL ), Kanstantsin Siutsou (PER ), Nicki Sørensen (TCS ) and Pieter Weening (DOM )
165km to go
The organizers are waving with the flag, which means we can depart! Who will win? And who will win the GC? Unfortunately, it's raining today, so there is a possibility of crashes will shake things up!
119km to go
No break has been formed before the first mountain sprint. There were attempts, but all of them were caught by the peleton. The mountain sprint is won by Pinto (TAM ), who attacked just underneath the top.
105km to go
A break has formed! We can give you the names: Kvachuk (PER ), Knol (TCS ), Gavazzi (LPU ), Martinez (BUL ), Rast (CAT), van Winden (DOM ), Jørgensen (TUG ), Fenn (ITV ) and Pinto . Their current lead is 2 minutes.
72km to go
Kvachuk wins the mountain sprint. The lead is 5 minutes now, which means Pinto is the virtual GC-leader.
71km to go
Oh no, Hushovd (TUG ) suffered a puncture!
58km to go
Van Winden wins the intermediate sprint when the riders enter the local laps. Hushovd managed to return to the peleton, which is still 5 minutes behind the leader.
23km to go
Knol wins the intermediate sprint after a few laps. The gap is down to 2 and a half minute. The peleton consists of 54 cyclists, where all the main favourites are, including GC-leader Vitorino (HAI ).
19km to go
Favourites are attacking! Weening (DOM ) and Devenyns (LPU ) are trying to get rid of the peleton. However, they are caught later on.
9000m to go
Attack by Boasson Hagen (HAI ), Favilli (BUL ) and Freire (TAM ). Can they close the gap, which is just 1 minute now.
4000m to go
The break is lapping some riders who are dropped, which makes it hard for us to see who is in the lead. The chasers are very close!
2000m to go
Rast is opening the sprint! Meanwhile Boasson Hagen and the others joined. And the peleton isn't far behind.
500m to go
The dropped riders are out of the way, and it's Kvachuk in the lead! But Boasson Hagen is coming fast!
0m to go
It's the Norwegian! He wins his second stage and the third stage in a row for his team! Gavazzi finishes seconds, Pinto third, Favilli fourth. Kvachuk dropped back to fifth, just in front of Freire . Jørgensen is in seventh, Fenn is in eight. Two Dutchies, Knol and Van Winden , complete the top 10. Rojas (NAC ) wins the sprint in the peleton, which gets the same time as the front runners. Vitorino finished inside the peleton, so he wins this year's Glava Tour of Norway!
Here are the results of today's stage:
